I found you because of the month of Jackie Chan and have gone on to watch several of your videos. I gotta say that you are incredibly well written and your enthusiastic effort put into each video certainly shows. Keep doing great work and doing what you love. If you want one more Jackie Chan film that doesn't get enough love, Little Big Soldier is a good time and I can cry at the ending.
Honestly, how do you set a film in Paris, even go underground and not use the catacombs? It's the most interesting part of the city, certainly way more than that tired old cliche the Eiffel Tower!
1 was a classic and beautiful written. 2 was a masterpiece the fighting everything in it was great. The michael jackson cant stop til you get enough fit so well. 3 was good but wasnt like the 1 and 2. Nothing to special about the 3
I admit these films are what I like to call purpose based films, they are made with a usually simpler idea in mind, and all senses are shot wrote and reformed on the spot to maximize this similar idea, others call theses films guilty pleasures, nothing guilty about it, if done well then they hit their mark, sell well and everyone is happy, however, and first off let me say I love these 3 films, now that said something does feel a bit off about this 3rd film in my opinion, I was absolutely ready to see this film when it came out, the second one was a bit of a wait and I didn't think it was going to even make it out, but in a weird way I think it helps that film, where as rush hour 3 despite the wait and anticipated laughter in discussions with friends, when I saw it the first time it didn't fail to give me what I was looking for, some everyday down to earth laugh's that doesn't make you think to hard about the joke's, no you can't watch it with your kids but that's just the action, humor, and violence in it, simple ideas remember? What was apparent this time was something in the back of my brain, as before totally worth seeing but didn't realize what that itch was until I bought the DVD and watched it for a third time. The man's right, it forgot to change enough to feel different enough, so in short while I still recommend watching this movie and it's 2 pervious movies, I don't recommend watching them back to back unless your drinking or just in one of those more funny action grown up moods, these movies delivered, but by the 3rd one that's all they do, you will laugh but not as hard, and the story feels old, sometimes it's just better to walk away at the top than remain at the top with the same game, or perhaps we as a collective society just have been spoiled and need to quit asking for the same but different, after all can you blame hollyweird for putting together a proven money maker if that is what fans are asking for?
Chris Tucker must have THE largest 'prison wallet' in all history! That's the only possible excuse for how he produced a handgun to threaten the French taxi driver (I'll call him Joe Le Taxi cause I'm so damned old!) Fitting an entire automatic handgun up THERE is quite the talent!
I must admit that I wasn't looking forward to the summer of JC, but you have done really well with keeping it interesting and introducing me to the foreigner which I wasn't expecting to like.
Max Von Sidow appears in a surprising number of B and D action movies that I absolutely do not remember him being in. In my mind it’s like I saw him in Exorcist then the last time in Force Awakens….so bizarre.
Thank you so much for making this video so long! I'm trying my best to keep myself busy until midnight because then the game I pre ordered will finally be available and almost every other TH-camr I know got an early copy!!! I've been dodging spoilers for over 16 hours now!
I find Lee and Carter just dancing off at the end bizarre. They didn't really left the girls and their cabbie friend behind. It was almost like they hit some arbitrary runtime limit and just yanked the carpet out from under us.
It's sad but... I still liked this movie. I just turned my brain off. It's the opposite of Die Hard, where I still to this day cant enjoy any sequel, even with my brain turned off.
iwebber88 I don’t know why but I like the third one better than the second one. I love how the 2nd movie location is China because the first one is America. The villain is interesting but not as a *STRONG* villain to care about you know. It was definitely little weaker than the first because it just does to me but the third one I know another Chinese villains again 🤷♂️ ignore the brother villain the pace of the movie feels good to me enjoyable. The problems that the third one has it was the villain it’s not a strong one either (a strong villain means a villain or character that we care about in a movie for example Thanos, Harry Osborn Raimi, Jack Torrence and Anton Hans Gruber). A twist isn’t surprising it’s predictable and Lee is some reason too serious or angry at Carter I know he done this before in the first one but they never met before at the time. I do understand that Lee is a serious character but he should care about his brotha from another motha like he did in the 2nd one.
*looks it up* Oh my god! It is Roman Polanski! I was all "No way that's him!" I shouldn't be surprised, though, since Hollywood still has a strong connection to the guy.
You should really review Armour of God 1 & 2, Project A 1 & 2, Dragons Forever and Wheels on Meals, far better than the American made Jackie Chan movies.
8:29 I think Carter knew the gun was unloaded and made it look like he didn't know because people usually act fearless qhen they think they won't be shot but once Carter pulled the triger that was the first moment when he knew he didn't care. Or maybe he's an idiot IDK.
This one is easily the worst in the whole series, I watched it one time in 2007 and was very disappointed by it. I was 16 years old and you'd think I would have loved it more at that point but nope. I still love the first one, and two is a pretty decent sequel.
Have you considered doing a summer of Samuel L. Jackson? His extensive filmatic library would give you plenty of work choose from. My personal request would be "The Sameraton". I love the connection with Japanese film old boy and I Also liked his work with Afro Samurai. If you wanted to do a anime crossover with creepy lol. Love the work and keep up the material.
Did we actually get the timeline on lee's fathers death. If not then this can still make a fair amount of sense. Also looks like fast and furious is pulling the lost brother card.
So glad I can watch your videos before the copyright strike hits or it has and you got it disputed in your favor in which case happy ending!, more views for you
Wait wait wait...the part about the cabbie, and then your reaction...THAT has to be the funniest shit I've seen recently... Yo Deckard, you're officially my favorite channel!
The Yu and mi bit had me laughing for around 10 minutes.
EarFarce4 facts, I was laughing for like 15 minutes
Same it's funny
I like that scene also very sexual 11:40
Catching it now before it's taken down by copyright trolls
@The Sci-Fi Dragon 😂😂
Carter was no Max Payne.
🤨 Neither was Mark Wahlberg.
Amen.
1:37 Lee dodged a bullet. One of those girls is an assassin sent by Dr Evil.

2:35, Max Von Sydow, a legend of stage and screen.
Yu: he is mi, and i am yu.
Carter: I ain't here for a philosophy lesson!
This review legit made my day a whole lot better.
Jox Kitty my lightsaber came in the post this morning, now I’m watching decker finish the Rush Hour series, with some nice cold beer.
@@Tony36271 what is it. Like a luke saber or obi wan

Fun fact, an actual official Jackie Chan autobiography is coming in France.
Also yeah you have fans in France, Decker.

The irony of Roman Polanski playing a cop
When you mess up your own plan but don't want others to know it:
All According to Keikaku
1:30, doing Michael Jackson dance moves directing traffic!!😂😂
Shaine White Yeah nice reference to the first where Carter did MJ Karaoke
Chris tucker said he would do the movies only if he can reference Michael Jackson in them
Honestly, how do you set a film in Paris, even go underground and not use the catacombs? It's the most interesting part of the city, certainly way more than that tired old cliche the Eiffel Tower!
I really love RH 1 & 2. 3 was just fun to watch but nothing special. 🤷🏼♂️
Good enough for me.
3 was oddly over sexual for no reason
Same here I enjoy all of them
1 was a classic and beautiful written. 2 was a masterpiece the fighting everything in it was great. The michael jackson cant stop til you get enough fit so well. 3 was good but wasnt like the 1 and 2. Nothing to special about the 3

Keep up the good work my long hair brother. We're rooting for you.
If they weren't going for PG-13 the taxi driver would have done an 'America, Fuck yeah!' joke.
"and a super size dr pepper"
But you don't super size the fries? (Holds back tears.....)
You bastard lol
I kind of loved the shoot me and interrogation scene in glad he invited some of it especially the interaction with carter and lee
I was laughing at Murca and then... the cat appeared... judging me and my life's decisions... and I wept...
What's it like to have Weird Al for a father?
I imagine it's as awesome as it sounds.

We need a compilation of deckers head slaps, my favourite one is during the predator review lol
how was Carter able to shoot the gun during the hospital scene? The bullet was jammed upward.
11:13 is that a Harry potter refrenc
I love how you said "Pari" with the French accent but with a Spanish R, as if that's a thing XD
decker has never changed the formula... that is why hes a sexy living god
Ok.......
George, George, George of the Taxi! Fast as he can be!
Watch out for Carter and Lee! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
I must admit that I wasn't looking forward to the summer of JC, but you have done really well with keeping it interesting and introducing me to the foreigner which I wasn't expecting to like.
One of the girls in the beginning of the film is Mia Tyler one of Steve Tyler's daughters and she's a beautiful plus size model
Max Von Sidow appears in a surprising number of B and D action movies that I absolutely do not remember him being in.

Not every woman can pull off short hair.. (Shorter than shoulder..)

Hey Decker, have you ever thought about doing a Summer of Hiroyuki Sanada?
This one is easily the worst in the whole series, I watched it one time in 2007 and was very disappointed by it. I was 16 years old and you'd think I would have loved it more at that point but nope.
I still love the first one, and two is a pretty decent sequel.
