It’s not even just that part the entire level is EXTREMELY decorated and is easily the coolest extreme even better than ascension to heaven which is immaculate
This is definitely an amazing finale to an amazing update. This era of GD was so historical, many awesome levels. Feels hard to say goodbye 2.1 and hello to 2.2. 2.1 was so good but we have a new update where we can make more amazing things than we ever could before.
i still kinda can't believe this is done lol i made a total of 5 parts over the course of this level's history, and the 3 that made it in are parts i'm (mostly) pretty happy with. glad i could contribute to something on this epic of a scale.
It’s crazy to think about all the way back then when ggboy created cataclysm. He had no idea what he would start, all those years eventually led to this masterpiece which is the perfect way to finally close this chapter.

In this day and age in GD, not many levels are able to truly impress me, but this is truly one of the greatest levels ever made. The history, the song and just how perfect it is makes this level well worth the wait.

Truth is, the amazing levels of Cataclysm, Bloodbath, and Aftermath will always remain at the top of gd, from being top 1s themselves, to bloodlust, and now the finale, the apocalyptic trilogy, what an amazing level to represent and recreate some of the most influential and important levels in the game!
I was really wondering about how the 3rd part would go, I thought it would be a mixture of bloodlust extension and aftermath, but I am still really happy on how it turned out.
Ill be honest this is the most amazing thing Ive seen in any game. Every single frame can be screenshotted and used as a 4k desktop wallpaper. This is remarkable.
This is so amazing. It's like an epic showcase of all the demons that came before everything else, before 2.2. I love the transitioning between levels, and the art and decoration in this is totally amazing. Good luck to Trick, he's going to have a hell of a time bringing the verification into fruition.

I want to take the time that it's definitely been a journey. I started working on my part(s) 7 years ago, and man there are a lot of people that came and left and never returned to the game. So I'm just gonna say that to the old builders, you are not forgotten, and hey some even stayed in this final version.

I absolutley love the remix, the intensity fits the level, and the breaks are amzing too, the deco and effects definitley do this level justice, also the ship and ufo after the first wave in the aftermath part is soooo good, along with the last wave. The endscreen is also perfect. This seems like an amazing way to end 2.1, and the apocalyptic trilogy.
it’s a shame how tricky has twisted the fan base of this level. upon release, this showcase was praised but thanks to one terrible player, everyone hates this level.

Absoloutly stunning. The Nostalgia of the Gameplay and the song combined with the Remix and abnormal Art you bring this "Hell" Theme to a whole new Level. Infinite Respect to everyone who was, or is, involved in this amazing Project.
This is truly crazy. There's no doubt in my mind this level will stand tall as the hardest level for years to come. Levels like Tidal Wave and Injury have nothing against this masterpiece. Everything was meant to be put together with absolute perfection and you did just that. I cannot describe how grateful I am for you, the creating team, and the verifier, Trick. Nothing will hold a candle to this level. Who knows, I might grind this level and beat it one day. This is a dream.

my opinion on the deco is that it kinda ruins the levels. it's basically impossible to see what's going on, especially at the ship parts.
I remember seeing the first version of this in early 2.1. This will be an amazing finale to this revolutionary update. Good work to all involved 👌

1:33 i always hate how nobody even tries making the deco sync with the song, the original cataclysm was off and nobody has done anything about it

A lot of the time I can't tell whether a crowd has just simply switched up on something or just one part of the crowd prefers to remain silent until the time is right for them to vent because others (especially well-known people) are doing it
