Wow what an amazing talented rider. He defiantly has the X factor which is a very rare skill. Thanks for sharing and putting this together I really enjoyed it.
If you never aaw him ride a 125 in person, you won't understand. he was doing things, little things, that seemed to defy the laws of physics. He is a once in a lifetime talent.
James was always by far the most talented rider to ride and watch! Very fun watching his win or crash style. Not the goat but definitely up there for sure.
While both of their careers are still very different, there is some onteresting similarities between Stewart and Tomac Both of them, Have ridden for 3 manufacturers Have an astronomical amount of premier class sx wins but only 2 titles to show for it Generally would be the fastest rider in a given season but would make weird mostakes/crashes that would cost them the title
Carmichael's two perfect seasons would put him on top for me. However, each decade since the 70s had a guy who was just head, or head and shoulders above all the rest.
I wish Pastrana would of stuck with just racing dirt bikes he’s the only rider that was better than bubba until Jett that is but James wasn’t consistent enough always hurt he had two modes win by a mile or crash
Unfortunately he sometimes couldn’t keep up with himself. Plagued by injuries and bad luck, he was a rider way ahead of his time. He would have for sure won more titles if he would have been able to stay healthy, for example when he went undefeated in outdoors and when he won the sx title his first year with San Manuel Yamaha.
Just think about this bro. Winning as many titles at the highest level with what he had to go through while being who he is to get there speaks volumes and he’s in the hall of fame Now compare him to the rest of the field he raced against its one of the most powerful and best accomplishments in motor sports history. He’s inspiring so many young riders today. Now think about all the hype that some past up and coming riders had and never got to experience success like James did. Understand this….. he was known as the fastest rider on the planet at one time and won championships, he crashed many times to get those as well.
@@keithpeterson6108 I think the level is similar, Hunter and Sexton are faster than Short and Ferry in 2008, and Ferrandis on the yamaha was faster than them too.
One of the best to ever do it

One of my favorite riders of all time!!!
Watching James riding a 2 stroke against the 4 stroke was some of my favorite races to watch.

These videos are so good
You get a follow good sir 💪
My favorite rider to ever do it
One of the nicest riding styles
Dope video! U gotta show Stewart and Reed's Anaheim crash in '09 that set Stewart back 25 points!
Thank you for the feedback!

he was pretty good
@@kmains9306 not as good as this comment 😭
@ i remember when I was growing up watch him rider and then I met him few years ago back for big James bday party

Crazy I thought he had more than one outdoor 450 mx title
He would’ve had more except he was racing against Carmichael lol
Jeremy Mcgrath, Ricky Carmichael, Travis pastrona ,James Bubba Stewart.
Brian Deagon
I was winning midwest championship same time he was winning the nationals
I wish Pastrana would of stuck with just racing dirt bikes he’s the only rider that was better than bubba until Jett that is but James wasn’t consistent enough always hurt he had two modes win by a mile or crash
Weeeeee
Could have been the greatest of all time if he had learned to ride at 85%.
I believe I remember the scaphoid crash where he got landed on was in the bubbas World Series

Great find
L'uomo piu veloce del mondo 😊
Moto was interesting then. Good racing back then is now called reckless. Moto going soft.
not that many titles compared to the hype

@LBrawn. Wow. Seriously that’s your take ? Brutal.
Back to back or one in each division definitely qualifies🎉🎉🎉
Look at his wins, riding style and the competition he was racing against. Titles are big but they aren’t everything, dude is absolutely top 3 all time
NOBODY danced on a motorcycle the way JS7 did. Ever. Period.
Yup but Jett went undefeated in his rookie season 😅
In the weakest 450 class of all time. Just say'n.
@@keithpeterson6108 the level of the championship in 2008 was also low.
@@J_501
But not as weak as the last 3 years. Just say'n.
@J_501 Maybe, but Andrew Short was very fast and Mike Alessi was a sniper

I really wanted that Nike 6.0 boot
