No if you watch carefully you'll realize that goku also didn't use SSB Kaio-Ken x20. They didn't go any further from SSB because they realized that Broly was adapting to their power so they had to fuse and take down Broly before he surpasses even Gogeta

So he took goku's advice and went straight to fusion.

True but, Kaioken still seems to take more Stamina from Goku, he mastered it but it still takes tremendous stamina, look what happened with Kefla’s fight he tried not to use it because he still was damaged therefore it takes more stamina and concentration. Then look at Vegeta after his Final Explosion, he should be out of Ki, but he still easily used SSJBE. So even with Mastered Kaioken, since it’s Kaioken I’m general it’s not as good as SSJBE stamina wise. Also notice how Goku can be hit out of Kaioken, probably cause he loses focus. Basically, SSJBE is still the better of the two, plus it’s basically strong as Kaioken x20, it observed. In the long run Vegeta would beat Goku because he’ll lose less stamina, in would take a long time though.

Goku and Vegeta lost to a Super Saiyan Broly and had to fuse. :/ Goku Blue didn't surpass Beerus just because it's post T.O.P. Fusion's multiplier is well beyond what Goku is capable of with Kaio-Ken applied to Blue.
Even though I'm late; I do want you to see this, my friend. I love how you added a bit of the Extreme Butoden Sprites (If they aren't, please forgive me! They look similar to Extreme Butoden) into this; mixed with the others. It's quite well, The dialogue looks nice too. The colortion of the beams and stuff looks quite nice, the animations in this in general looks quite clean. When writing this I am only two minutes in; the music is good. (As Expected of Halusatwin.) Right now; I am close to finishing the video. Personally; I like how you did the SSJB transformation! It's HEAVILY fluid as well. The aura was expectedly clean. In my animation it's clearly iterated that Goku and Vegeta with what they're capable of at will, which is Super Saiyan - Super Saiyan God: SS are not at Beerus' Lv. but close.

I think vegeta has become more powerful than goku. Goku does have plot strength making him i (in mastered ultra instinct) stronger than vegeta. But vegeta listened to whis advice and trained in base for to get stronger. When the tournament of power came along Jiren was slapping goku (in every other form other than ultra instinct) around. Vegeta who didn’t have ultra instinct could actually get big hits in on jiren. Vegetas final flash actually made jiren block it because he didn’t expect it to be so powerful.

I think vegeta has become more powerful than goku. Goku does have plot strength making him i (in mastered ultra instinct) stronger than vegeta. But vegeta listened to whis advice and trained in base for to get stronger. When the tournament of power came along Jiren was slapping goku (in every other form other than ultra instinct) around. Vegeta who didn’t have ultra instinct could actually get big hits in on jiren. Vegetas final flash actually made jiren block it because he didn’t expect it to be so powerful.
The only reason vegeta catches up to Goku is how much time he spends in the time chamber
