That flux construct was just chilling. "How do you do, fellow skyborne tank construct creature". Being an ancient mechanical abonimation means being super chill when you see another of your kind.
I also love the part where you said “and sit tight until you get to your destination. Your battery will be recharged, and you can just grab the control stick right before landing.”.
You make some of the best builds in the whole game, and you deserve a free like for all those perfect and realistic looking builds that are convenient, fast, easy to make, cheap, and get the job done.
I really appreciate it, glad you are enjoying my builds! They are based off lots of research and testing from myself and many others in the Hyrule engineering community. Check out the subreddit if you're interested! I also made a couple playlists, one for railjets and one for electric land vehicles (chesemobiles), that show their evolution over time
Yeah and I did a couple test flights with Hank, and I was having a amazing flight experience and I love the gliding method where you let go of the control stick and then sit tight and glide until you get to your destination. And I basically like the landings where Hank lifts off the ground.
That's so amazing to hear! Now you can Mario kart around Hyrule! I really enjoy that while on the ground the wing timer doesn't count down, so it feels like the wing lasts a lot longer than normal on Hank
Amazing stuff ! I'm also working on a winged car (onto a spring to act as jumping platform), it's a lot of fun to play with it while diving, using hover stones, recall and slowmotion... Thanks for the highly inspiring content !
Nintendo should make up for all the patches that were designed to take things away by offering Hank as a Yiga schema stone! It'll never happen, but would be nice. Are you going to make a video like this with infinity wing? Fly Hank all across Hyrule
Excellent use for the infinite wing btw :D And am surprised you didn't try to fly unpowered, standing onto the wing. It can totally work ! Like with the steering stick, it'll just be a bit sensible but nothing impossible for the wing abilities :)
@@Xvicity101 You need to steal the wing from the minigame on Eventide. In order to do that, you need to get both Link and the wing into the chasm that’s in the southwestern part of the island.
This is very cool! Quite a while back I actually came up with a speed vehicle that’s nearly identical to hand the tank (minus the u bock and wing) definitely one of my favorites.
Interestingly, I tested Flying Hank with a star fragment, and I found out that the speed limit is only activated when Hank is actually flying, but when Hank drives, he has the trail of a star fragment.
For anyone complaining about the 75 second time limit on a zonai wing, just either attach Mineru’s mask to your wing, or create your own lift on your wing. OR. Instead of a normal wing, try getting an Infinity Wing on Eventide that solves any problems with normal wings. Well……. except the fact that zonai wings in Tears of the Kingdom have a speed limit.

I’d like to think that rather than a winged tank, it’s more of a paragliding tank. I love it!

2:23 "this jump will be a little tougher"
-(Tank achieves low earth orbit)
Next challenge; weaponize it while maintaining aerial stability.

The nostalgia of mkwii music...
This is so cool! I haven't played TOTK in a bit and seeing these videos makes me want to pick it back up and try to make these crazy contraptions!
Here come the backflip 15:06

How do you get an infinite wing?
You have to steal the wing from the minigame on Eventide. You have to get both Link and the wing in the chasm in order to do that.

If you add minerus head to the wing it will last twice as long you can save it in autobuild
And I had so much fun on a hunting and fishing trip in the Hebra Mountains with Flying Hank!
This is very cool! Quite a while back I actually came up with a speed vehicle that’s nearly identical to hand the tank (minus the u bock and wing) definitely one of my favorites.
In fact, I feel like I should just put my Infinity Wing on this car and make it.
Hank-glider
You know, you can even add a rocket to make it climb with a wing.
I successfully built and saved Hank the Tank!!
Awesome! Enjoy, it's my favorite land vehicle :D
Interestingly, I tested Flying Hank with a star fragment, and I found out that the speed limit is only activated when Hank is actually flying, but when Hank drives, he has the trail of a star fragment.
I wanna try driving and flying Hank around Hyrule, like from Link’s House to Hateno Village or to Rito Village.
I saved Hank the Flying Tank!
Awesome! Have you figured out how to glide? It requires small directional inputs
Now you just made Hank even better. Can you make it a vehicle that can climb walls, drive, swim, and fly at the same time?
What about the InfiniWing from Eventide? Does it serve as a good substitute to a normal Zonai Wing?
Can you add accessories to the wing eg fans
What are the parts used to build Hank?
Cool. Have you built any automated flyers?
Can you attach fans onto Hank’s wing to make it fly?
How do you get Nintendo music in your videos. I’ve always wanted to know
Do the big wheels’ speed have any effect on the wing’s speed?
I don't think so, the wing has an upper speed limit around 20 m/s and the only thing that can force it above that is the rocket I think.
How many times do you need to press the wing to angle it at 20-25 degrees?
Probably 5 at most, but you should measure as you go and continue pressing if not at the right angle
How do you break the wing’s speed limit?
As far as I know, rockets are the only force strong enough to push wings past their regular speed limit.
Can Hank swim if you add fans or propellers?
Not very well, it tips onto one side and sinks pretty far. I'd need to add buoyancy
@@chesepufThen how do you make Hank swim so that he can swim, drive, climb, and fly at the same time?
And how about adding fans onto the wing, not Hank? Will that still work?
Since Hank is a heavy vehicle with 5 wheels and 2 motors, I think it'd need many fans in order to properly fly. This needs testing though
@@chesepufIs it possible to turn it into a car that can swim, drive, climb, and fly at the same time?
came from reddit… omg…
Does the U-block turn it into a Lynel proof vehicle?
Nope, you either need to stay out of reach of the roar or use puffshrooms
How does the wing not break?
Infinity wing it’s called.
But...how wing no poof?
It does poof, but the timer doesn't count down while touching the ground. You can see in some of the longer flights that the wing despawns eventually
If you’re having problems with the time limit, then instead of using a normal wing, use the Infinity Wing from Eventide.
Link diving after Hank in the sky was more heart-pounding than when he did the same w Zelda.
Too bad wings expire so quickly... Nintendo 🤦🏻♂️
There’s an Infinity Wing that you can get from the minigame on Eventide that solves this problem.

And if you don’t know how to get this wing, then watch Timber’s video “Obtain a wing that lasts forever (All Versions)”.
