@@Jennifer-jt9cb Can you please explain how rat save your life? And what exactly loving is in animal which eat, sh.. and p.. in same place simultaneously. I assume you are aware that you get RBF through their urine that they leave almost uncontrollably all around them. Almost everywhere (except some part of India that i know) rats are considered a great pest (or a delicacy 🤢). Maybe you talking about lab rats, they look somewhat cute but again, rats and humans (although the rat is adapted to life with, or should I say next to, humans) are not good friends.

    • @Jennifer-jt9cb
      @Jennifer-jt9cb 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@VojBan Some years ago, I was homeless. I spent 3 years on the street with nowhere to go. I lived in an old abandoned feed mill. My egg donor and female DNA match only lived a few blocks from me, but neither would take me in. During that time I was alone. Virtually. Where I was staying there was an old pile of sawdust and grain. It was about 6 feet high and probably about 12 feet wide. There was a colony of rats living in it. I would say close to 100 there. I knew that they would tear me up if I tried to dominate them, but I also knew they would do the same if I submitted to them too much. The patriarch of the colony defended his colony fiercely at first. I never attacked, but I didn't back down either. Eventually we grew to trust each other. After that we became friends. I named him Star, because he was black with a white star on his belly. Over time I gained the confidence of the whole colony. My home at the time was a sleeping bag and a duffle bag that had clothes in it for a pillow. I would often wake up with rats sleeping either on top of me, or even in the sleeping bag with me. There was once I woke up to a female giving birth on my sleeping bag.
While I was living there it was hard to find food at first. Normally I would end up stealing what I could from grocery stores. Not a good idea, I know, but when you're starving you don't have many options. Then I got to thinking. When I was 16 I worked at Pizza Hut. I remembered that at the end of the night, we always threw a ton of pizza in the trash. Stuff that people who dined in didn't finish, or pizza that just never got picked up. So I started dumpster diving there. It was a gold mine. I never had to steal food again. A lot of it was water logged due to throwing cups of ice and stuff in the trash. I always passed on that. But the dry stuff I took with me. I got burnt out on pizza REAL quick, but hey I had to eat. It also gave the rats a better meal too. Granted rats are scavengers, and will even resort to cannibalism if they have to, but we had some good meals together. Water was never hard to come by. Every building has an outdoor water spigot, and a couple 2 liter bottles kept me hydrated. Granted I wouldn't have minded a soda once in a while, but that just wasn't in the cards at the time. So I found a steady supply of food and water.
Over the years my spirits got lower and lower. I had less and less will to go on. Star was always there to keep me going, but he didn't have magical powers to make everything ok. He always followed me around like a puppy. When I would leave the mill, I would either put him on my shoulder and take him with me, or he would sit there at the door waiting for me looking so sad that I was gone. And when I got back he would go absolutely nuts. He was so sweet. But one day, I decided that I was done. I couldn't live like that anymore. I decided it was time to die. So I climbed up the stairs to the top floor which was about 5 stories up. There was an old window there that was busted out. I looked out of it and decided that a head first dive would do the trick. I started to climb up into the window when I felt this small tug on my pants leg. I turned around thinking I was caught on something. I was caught sure enough, but not how I was thinking. It was Star. He had followed me up the stairs. I tried to move him away so he didn't go with me. I started climbing up again, and again I felt that tug. He had me again. Somehow he knew what I was going to do, and he was determined to stop me. His heart was bigger than any I had ever encountered. He was the first one that loved me unconditionally. He fought me to stop me from killing myself. I couldn't believe it. A wild rat loved me that much. I sat down with him and he climbed up on my shoulder. I started crying. If he loved me that much, there was no way I could do that to him. From then on everywhere I went, he went. Not just because I wanted him with me, but because he wouldn't let me out of his sight. Even if I just stepped around the door to pee, he was right there with me.
I'm crying right now as I'm writing this.
If it wasn't for Star I wouldn't be here right now. To this day, no breathing creature holds as much of a place in my heart as a rat. I have 4 little guys here with me. I have an emotional need for them. It's all in thanks to Star. I wish rats lived longer or were immortal so I could have him here with me. But unfortunately he's gone. And I'm the only one that even knew he existed. Maybe, if I'm lucky enough, I'll see him again. On the other side. I just hope he's patient, because while I'm eager to see him again, I'm not eager enough to go for a permanent visit.

Ughhh, the broken eggs ones just hurt my soul.
I work at a Walmart, and at my old store there was a weird lip near the dairy cooler that made it so that you had to pull pallets in and out, never push.
I was newer (at least to the department)at the time and no one told me that. And I pushed out a pallet of eggs... and sent the entire pallet down.
In full transparency, I almost immediately burst into tears, terrified that I was going to be fired for that. My manager at the time pulled me aside and told me about how he did similar with glass bottles of pop and said it wasn't the end of the world and certainly not something I'd be fired for, and then coworkers ended up making a series of egg puns to help calm me down while they helped clean up the giant mess.
So yeah, wasn't a fun time, and to this day I refuse to move pallets of eggs, even if they're shrink wrapped like crazy.

I remember getting stung by a large wasp.
I had no idea it had landed on my bed.
I sat down and a second later, I jumped up with a start. I saw the wasp. It was large and looked like it was a dark red hairy/velvety wasp.
I must have put enough pressure on it that it injected the back of my thigh with a big dose of venom.
It felt like a hypodermic needle injected me with molten lava.
In less than 30 seconds the redness started expanding. It almost covered the entire area in that irritating redness in a little over a minute. It made me a bit shaky. But, thankfully, I'm not allergic. The sting was just irritating and painful.
It was actually a benefit for me that my dad chewed tobacco at that time.
You have to use the tobacco juice that is being chewed. For some reason, the saliva mixed with the tobacco is what works. And it works faster than other remedy like meat tenderizer.
I had to lay on my stomach. My dad chewed some tobacco then spit the juice in his hand. He rubbed the juice on the area where I got stung.
At 1st, it started burning worse. Then about 30-40 seconds later, the burning and pain completely went away.
    The redness disappeared quickly, too.

I wonder what would happen if he got arrested? Obviously they can’t arrest, imprison, or hold a trial if the defendant is dead, right? They would have to acknowledge that he’s alive if they wanted to apply consequences...and if they did acknowledge it, they would be required to legally reverse his death in order to find him guilty, and put him on probation, or in jail....right? If it’s a felony they’d also have to add his DNA & prints to CODIS, classifying him by name, age, history, crime, sentence, and where he’s serving his sentence, or living post-conviction. Can’t be dead at the same time.
I bet if he commits a crime, not a super bad one...just, like, one of the more innocuous ones, it would solve his “being dead” problem. It would probably create some new problems, lol, but he’s be alive! Lol

After they had come out of the toaster I was buttering them with our butter bottle and I was squeezing the butter out of it onto the muffin when it clogged. Didn't realize it was clogged, sometimes it can be a little stubborn to come out, and I squeezed and squeezed until the backend blew out and just covered my right side in butter. Had to borrow a shirt from my co-worker, and go to the bathroom and clean off all the butter, and when I got home that day I scrubbed myself as much as I could to get the butter off of me. I swear I can sometimes still fill the butter on my right side now and again

@@dsandoval9396 yes and no. The thing that people are allergic to typically is the dander, or dead skin cells, and saliva of a cat. There are cat breeds that produce minute amounts of dander but can still cause allergic reactions depending on the severity of the allergy. It is true. If things start going really bad on a day you should just stop and go back to your house.
One of those days for me was when:
I was going to college and it was raining pretty bad - the college was an hour and a half from my city (in another).
I got too late for class so I missed it. For the next class I forgot the assignment. Still, I was planning to attend. However, when I picked up the backpack and started carrying it the strap broke and fell.
At that moment I made the choice. It was too much wrong going on so I decided to go back home in case something truly awful happen.

    • @Elvenpath
      @Elvenpath 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

I've done the same. I woke up with my chronic illness flaring up and still got to the university in pouring rain only to find out that thanks to the big renovations of the university the classroom my lecture was supposed to be in was not there. Just a corridor with no classroom numbers, all doors locked and no one there. I knocked on all doors. I decided that this ain't it, I'm feeling like crap, have no idea for this and I'm gonna go back home.
Later I learned that the new classroom was on the another side of the university but they just hadn't updated the university map on the internet yet and the teacher didn't realise we might not actually know where the new classroom is because the map shows it to a completely different place. They moved entire faculties around and everything was a confusing mess for a while. Our classrooms are marked like ED302 for an faculty of education classroom 2 on floor 3. The numbers moved with the faculty but the maps updated only after every faculty had moved.

Actually if you think about it the guy who was crushed by a rock probably had one of the better deaths in Pompeii.
Meaning that the cloud Of death that was coming towards the city was a ten times worse death then being crushed to death and dying instantly. So apparently the smoke you breathe in is like acid and it causes your lungs to fill up with fluid and you suffocate and die.

The original basilisk myth was a lot more complicated than that, and weirder too: First, it had to be an egg laid by a ROOSTER. Don't ask me how that was supposed to happen. Then, the rooster had to have laid it, very specifically, in a pile of dung. And then the snake (or toad, a toad would work too) had to incubate it for seven years.

When I was young, I helped out in a supermarket once a week after school and put away goods delivered from the central warehouse. Before Easter, large pallets of eggs were delivered. One pallet had to be carefully rolled into the store, which I did together with an employee. A customer at the refrigerated counter took a step backwards, bumped my shoulder and I had knocked five egg pallets with 30 eggs each off the stack. The customer apologized countless times and I was then allowed to wipe up the 150 broken eggs and I find the smell of raw eggs disgusting and almost threw up.

4:48 I have a similar story but this was 4 years ago so I don't remember too much detail so I'll be shortening it.
I was in my father's backyard eating ice cream in a super cone that was strawberry, chocolate and vanilla with my brother and cousins. The adults were making food as a cookout near seven in the afternoon but then our of nowhere there is a baby bird on my ice cream which caused it to splatter a bit onto me but it didn't bother me as much as having a living bird in my tasty treat. Mind you my dad had a two story house so it feel out of those holes you see that can open up but have no idea what they do. My uncle then got the bird and put it back inside where it's mother was waiting. I was like 9 but I remember that I just had it in my ice cream while in my hand looking at it wondering "what is this thing with feathers that just entered my ice cream?" It was fun seeing a bird going back home after knowing what our mouths feel when we eat ice cream.

When I was about nine or ten years old, I caught a large garter snake and kept it in a fish tank. About a week later, the snake had given birth to twenty or so tiny baby snakes (garter snakes don't lay eggs.)
A few days later I knocked the tank over and it broke, sending all of the snakes scattering. We caught most of them but a week later we heard my older sister scream bloody murder, as she'd stepped on one of the baby snakes barefoot.
That was almost 30 years ago, and my sister still hasn't forgiven me for that 😂

So, the one with the cockroach in ice reminded me of a horrid day I had. I had set a black cherry smirnoff down to use the bathroom, got distracted from the gathering of friends, and the drink sat for 10 minutes...without the cap on. You easily see of where this is going. So, not thinking about it, since it was the last bit, I took it like a shot of alcohol, and immediately regretted it. I felt something on my tongue, and after I managed to get it out, I saw it was a dead fly. An immediate vomit or two later, I swore to never leave an opened drink laying around. Yes, it meant I took them to the bathroom too.

The ratsnake reminded me of last summer. I was sitting at a redlight when a rat ran in the road, up the tire , and into the engine of the truck next to me. I rolled down my window and got the attention of the woman driving the other truck and told her a rat had just jumped in her vehicle. Apparently she thought I was making fun of her and when the light turned she peeled off spinning her tires. About 10 miles down the road I saw her truck in the ditch on its side on the edge of the hwy. She was out of the truck and was on the phone so I pulled over to see if she was ok/needed help. When i got out and walked up to her she collapsed into a seated position and started crying uncontrollably. I ran up thinking she was hurt but when I got to her and asked, she stared me in the eye for about 30 seconds before saying that she was sorry for acting dumb at the light when I was only trying to help her. She had been speeding along to get far ahead of me after the redlight when the rat jumped out from under her dash right into her lap and up the front of her shirt😂😂. Unfortunately this caused her to lose control of the speeding truck which was why it was on its side in the ditch. Thankfully nobody was hurt🤕. I guess the rat was just trying to hitch a ride to somewhere far from home😂

I think when I was around two or four, I climbed on top of this dresser to move a WII sensor higher. Apparently the dresser was unlevel, and then the dresser tipped sending it, me, and one of those big clunky TVs right on my face. I’m surprised I can still work well

Yeah man, happened to me too.
Pulling out a draw of an old wooden dresser, big box tv on top, the dresser and tv fell on me. I was a little kid back then.
I too wonder if that affected me at all, like, am i born kinda stupid, had my head bumped too many times, just a normal amount of stupid, or a combination? Who knows.
And like, how did i survive childhood. >

I actually don't understand why people hate spiders. I have one (of course, way not so large as 12:46) in my bathroom for like 2 months already (or more, I might not have noticed). The corner has some webs in it, but they are thin and almost invisible, so I usually don't even remember they are here. I sometimes see it on a wall or on the baseboard. I don't care. Why would anyone hate them?
