- In this video we show you how to Transfer to an international Connection Flight at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport. We have just arrived on a Thai Airways Domestic Flight from Phuket and now have to make our way through Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport to the Departure Gate of our next flight which in our case is a Lufthansa Airbus A380 International Flight to Frankfurt, Germany.

You walk so far you think you are at Don Muang when you get to your gate.
Had this kind of experience with my family in 2018 at BKK too…
We arrived a bit later than scheduled rom MNL by bus at the C gates, then had to queue up at a very long security line and eventually had to run to the furthest E gate to reach our TG flight to Frankfurt on an A380.
Anyway, thanks a lot for this video. Enjoyed it

Another great Video wow what a walk to your departure gate hope you made the flight OK I take that yourselves are still stranded in what locations you can go to well here in the UK it just seems chaos with this traffic light system and today found out the Portugal and Egypt are a few which have been added to the no go travel.so Keep Safe.
This is one airport you need to ensure you have enough time, lots of walking to do . Dont cut it close.

Wow, that was quite a hike you went on!
I also like being at my gate early, then we can relax while waiting to board. Once at Doha we had a 1-hour turnaround, so our second flight was boarding already when we arrived at the gate, was a bit stressful.
We like a long time between flights but both at Bangkok and Doha have also experiences arriving at the gate while they are already boarding... the worst is when you get to the gate and the last passengers have already boarded... the Gate isn´t closed but you think it is, that is stress!! HeHe :-D

How long did the whole process take? I'm flying phuket to Bangkok on Thai smile and bangkok to Germany with Lufthansa, I have a 1 hour 55 min stop over and trying to decide if I should get an earlier phuket to bangkok flight. It doesn't look like you had to collect luggage, is that right?

I feel so bad for you as you're trying to get to your gate on time but others have the luxury of taking their time walking while you're in a rush. It would be nice if common courtesy would be applied by everyone to step out of the main walkway and to the side. It gives you at least a few more seconds to get to your connecting flight. As always, I enjoy your videos and hope all is well with you both.
