I was raised in the Catholic religion and my father was an absolute monster so as a child I never felt worthy of ANY love let alone Jesus's love. After years of therapy and better self-esteem I first heard Don Francisco and he can praise Jesus in song better than ANYone I've heard! Thank you for loving me Jesus, with all my heart thank you❤❤❤
I was raised on Don's music. Now that I'm 43 and of recently gave my heart, and my life back to the Lord after 19 years of sin and being backslide, his songs and music means so much to me. God bless Don and Wendy.
I try not to have favorites, but I just can't help believing that Don Francisco and Keith Green are the two greatest christian songwriters of all time! About the most encouraging, inspirational song I ever heard.Thank you Jesus!!!!
I listened to this song 35 years ago. I remember putting the record on the turn table, turning off the lights and laying on my living room couch in the dark as a confused 16 year old, not having a clue about how God was going to lead me but KNOWING for a fact that He was holding on to me. It's true. He has never let go, through school marriage, raising three kids etc. He is stronger than this world we see and hear. So I know this to be true. Even though this world is full of pain and hurt and ache, we have a covenant that our everlasting Father made with us. No matter what.
NICE STORY AND TESTIMONY, CHRISTINE. WHAT S YOUR " APP" WITH JESUS. I JUST ENJOYED LONG AND TOUCHING CHURCH SERVICE WITH MUHAMMAD YAMOUT FROM MUSLIM DESCEND, STREETKID IN LIBANON FOUND JESUS, NOW MISSIONARY IN SOUTH LIBANON. WR. BAARN NL
He taught me with His music as one of the Jesus Freaks from the '60s. I saw him in concert soon after the Lord found me and have never forgot how deeply the word of God in music soothed my soul
Gone through a bitter divorce got angry with his church got angry with God have been drunk constantly, running after my self lost family a lot of friends, get on youtube 3:30 am and he tells me he will never let go of my hand. Thank you Lord Jesus
I remember a time of great loss and depression in my life. Don Fransciso's song helped so much, it reminded me that we are never alone. God desires to always be with us. A year after the depression passing I had the pleasure of seeing Don at a small concert. After the show I ran up to see him. A friend I was with asked if I went to have a pictture taken with him or get an autograph. I smiled and said I just wanted to thank him for the joy he helped me see. I didn't need a picture.
I was that sheep that wandered FAR from the fold. After 3 years from my departure, in a dark pit of sin and shame, a friend called out of the blue. "Have you considered how you may be useful in God's kingdom again?" What I heard was the Good Shepherd say, Greg it's time to come home. Thank you Matthew West for this song! It totally encapsulates my own personal experience.
Hi just seen your post. I hope and pray that you're doing well. Father God is wonderful and He's holding our hand right now. We don't need to fear with our wonderful loving Father watching over us.
This was one of my dad’s favorite songs when I was growing up. We were incredibly close, me being an only child, and I heard it played over and over. I lost my dad suddenly a year ago this coming Thursday. He was only 57. My heart has been utterly crushed, and with the anniversary of his death upon me, it’s been a very tough week. I haven’t heard this song in years, but it came to my mind today. I have wept hearing it again, but oh, what a beautiful message. Thank you for uploading this video. I needed to hear it.
I’m seeing your comment over a year later. One day there will be the most wonderful reunion when Jesus wipes all tears from our eyes- it’s in Rev 21- he himself will personally do that, there will be no more death, no more separation ever again. Till that day he promises us his peace which passes all understanding, Jesus is with you, he loves you and he’s taking such good care of your dad till you meet again
Kerri, I just saw your reply. Thank you so very much. It’s been a rough two years, but I am healing. Adrian, how kind of you to reply, even a year later. God has given me such a beautiful peace. I still cry, which I’m sure won’t ever completely go away, but I have already felt His hand drying my tears. Thank you both for your kindness to a complete stranger.
@@realnurse2696 it may not ever go away but we are very fortunate to have the holy spirit as our comforter till we see Jesus and all is made right. Theres a song called no more night sung by david phelps, i think you might like it if you want to do a search on youtube
Hello Jennifer, I’m sorry for your loss. It is a void we have to live with. I lost my father last year I was critical with Covid and suffered 85% lung damage. Doc said I would not make it. My father faith was unshakable, he prophesied saying “ Go your way your son shall live” after which I made a miraculous recovery, I suffered pneumothorax, they want to operate me..but eventually nothing was needed. My father blessed me and In the early hours of Sunday, my father went home to be with the lord. My father hearts desire was to leave this world on a Sunday and his greatest wish was to die alone. He died alone as we were all hospitalized and my father was negative of Covid but the lord took him… I learnt of my father’s loss after a week only. I have never hugged my father, I just wanted to hug him once. But take courage Jennifer, Our Heavenly Father is the father to the fatherless… you will see him in the celestial city when the time comes.. be what your father wanted you to be… love the lord with all your heart… life and death is in the hands of the lord, I was never physically equipped to live but the lord pulled me from the gates of death…. Take courage… praise be unto the name of the lord
This is simply beautiful! I don't understand why 80 people clicked "thumb down", obviously they don't need God's loving and caring hand in their lives. One day they'll recognize it they did, when it is too late! I wouldn't want to live without Him in my life! Oh, what would I be missing!
This song has been in my life for 30 years+... My dad used to listen to a live concert recording that had this song included on it, and I have struggled so much to see it and accept the message and find the lessons in the trials life has brought along. I've done it all wrong. My adult children have shut me out and won't talk to me. The love of my life (their mother) filed for divorce 2 years ago. I now live 5 states away from all of them. I have never felt so alone. It was good to hear this again tonight. Even if I have a hard time translating the head knowledge to the heart at this low point...any believers who read this, your prayers for a stranger are appreciated.
I began listening to this beautiful song when I was 21, I am 61 now and it touches me as deeply today as it did the first time I heard Don sing it in concert in Houston,Texas in 1977. I love the lyrics. I love the melody."Even if your heart itself should lose the will to stand, I'll never, never, never let go of your hand."
Rhonda, I used to listen to this song when I first became a believer - 34 years ago (when I was 33 years of age). I'm now 67 and this song STILL has the power to comfort and encourage me as I think about the extraordinary Love that Jesus has for me and how Faithful He has been to me over the years. It's been quite a journey but he has NEVER let go of my hand. We are so blessed to know Him.
I listened to this when I was 35. Needed it then through so many troubles, hurt and pain. I have just listened to it again at 75 and still need it, and it still brings me to tears. Every time. Even though I have got it wrong so many times, my love for God has never waned and he has always been there for me. My heart has lost the will to stand, but praise God, he never changes and never goes back on His word. He has promised to never leave me and I will believe him.
I heard this song 39 years ago during a concert of Maranatha Singers. My mom bought me the cassette. I listened to it repeatedly every single day for 3 years. Then I moved to Australia, met the Lord personally. Now, whenever i listen to this song, Papa God’s warmth and love flood my senses. I know Him much better now; so I feel that warmth and love much more broader, deeper, clearly.
"And even if you do it wrong and miss the joy I've planned, I'll never .... never let go of your hand." Those words have been such a comfort for so long. Thank you for posting this.
I can remember crying the first time I heard that line (even if you do it wrong... I'll never let go of your hand) on a cassette tape a friend dropped in for me while I was too sick for anyone to visit in the early 80s. This guy gets the heart of God more than any musician, and possibly any preacher, I have come across in 40 years following Jesus (and frequently doing it wrong, despite my best efforts). If you want to know what sort of person God is, read the life of Jesus in the Gospels or listen to Don Francisco's music.
I am a huge Don Francisco fan. Your songs & stories mean so much over many years. And now my granddaughter is appreciating your music. 1🎶🎵🎶 So many great songs, but this one is my favorite! It goes along with my life's verse: Isaiah 41:13. "I am the LORD your God, Who takes hold of your right hand & says to you, 'Do not be afraid; I will help you'". He already has ahold of our hands whether we are aware of it or want Him to. That's His love. Thank you, Don! ✝️
My mom played me this song when I was ten years old, struggling to be accepted as the only disabled person in my school. 30+ years later, this song still gets me through every struggle!
All Right!! An overcomer makes her statement and encouraging it is!! This song helps us to understand no one will stay with us forever, like our Messiah. I agree with you. Lord Jesus use us to point those hurt and falling apart people around us to our Salvation! Hello from Texas!
This song still gets me like when I was a kid, when I was teen, now nearing my forties. The Jesus Don sings about has become part my life and he's every bit as faithful and caring as this song says. When I say the song gets me, I mean tears streaming, so aware of His faithful love. Thanks Don, for sharing your gift with the world ❤️❤️
I gave my life to Christ at an early age but backslide after start working. Even after backsliding i know he was with me. He never let me go until i returned to Him. His promises are so real. " He will never leave you nor forsake you" He is always with you. Praise God or second, third ... chances.
I know what you've been hearing I've seen you hide your fear Embarrased by your weaknesses Afraid to let Me near I wish you knew how much I long For you to understand No matter what may happen, child I'll never let go of your hand I know you've been forsaken By all you've known before When you've failed their expectations They frown and close the door But even though your heart itself Should lose the will to stand No matter what may happen, child I'll never let go of your hand The life that I have given you No one can take away I've sealed it with My Spirit, blood and word The everlasting Father has made His covenant with you And He's stronger than the world you've seen and heard So don't you fear to show them All the love I have for you I'll be with you everywhere In everything you do And even if you do it wrong And miss the joy I planned I'll never, never let go of your hand The life that I have given you No one can take away I've sealed it with My Spirit, blood and word The everlasting Father has made His covenant with you And He's stronger than the world you've seen and heard So don't you fear to show them All the love I have for you I'll be with you everywhere In everything you do And even if you do it wrong And miss the joy I planned I'll never, never let go of your hand I'll never let go of your hand
Don Froncisco.... thank you for never letting go of HIS hands, after 40 years your music still has the same affect ..... you're have remained the same, a minister a worshiper & your voice, Praise GOD ! still sounds the same !!! GOD BLESS YOU 🙏
Oh My God. It was literally just yesterday, in meditation after praying, that I got a strong sense that Christ was holding onto my hand to keep me out of danger. And now I find out this song exists only a day later. That can't be an accident. Thanks Be to God. I found this song while looking up an older one, He's Alive, that I fell in love with on my mother's record when I was 7.
I loved this song many many years ago and have just heard it again. It is still as beautiful to me as it was all those years ago. No one could say and sing and convey the heart of Father God like Don Francisco. By the way I am now 80 years old. Chrissie
I had the honor of see Don Francisco when i was about 10 in what was then Rhodesia. He was awesome then and is still awesome. He is a great witness for the Lord!
I've done everything wrong in my life, I have a beautiful son. God teaches me every day how to be a parent and i look at my son and he shows me I'm doing a good job.
As soon as I heard the first word, the tears came as they did when I last heard this decades ago. My foster mom would play his album, and this song cut me to the quick. I think it's what held me to the Lord when I would have drifted, thinking I'd failed Him. I was prone to do that with humans and didn't really have a concept of messing up or even having an argument and being forgiven and/or the relationship continuing. On a lighter note, when I was young, I thought Don was his title and his first name was Francisco, like Don Quixote
I wish Jesus would come back very soon. There are so many very dead hearts that need resurrecting now. Come Jesus come. We need you now even more than the Israelites did then.. please..come quickly..I beg and beseech you my Lord ..Amen!
Saw Don in Concert in Belleville Ont...at least 25 years ago. His music had a huge influence on mine. This song and " I dont Care where you been sleepin" touched me more than most other music ever has. God bless you!
20 years after writing this song it remains powerful, relevant and strong to minister to hearts. Don Francisco remains the greatest in this style of music and communication
I heard him sing in Johannesburg in the 1980s. It warms my heart for many reasons to hear this song again. I need to hear the words too as life and failures can make one feel that you are lost and that God has turned His back on you. But these words are so reassuring. He can never let go of your hand. Thank you Lord.
I found Don Francisco on the internet, a while back, when I was hungry for songs of Jesus and music without all the noise that a full band makes and somebody screaming lyrics at the top of their voice. My sister would give me names of different gospel singers out there, I did enjoy their words, but the loud music ruined it for me. Then it happened, I found Don. Some of the music he sings he has wrote himself. Most of his song are sung with only a single guitar which he plays himself. If you are hungry for God's love in a very simple way then Don Francisco could be your answer. He is a true servant to the Lord. You can hear it is the way he sings his songs. He is no Elvis Presley, but he sings God's praises with all of his heart. He can take a single Bible verse and turn it into a beautiful song. Then he turns the song into a sermon. My favorite he did write himself it is called "I'll never let go of your hand". Give yourself a treat and take a listen to him, you can find him on TH-cam. God Bless you Don as you continue your singing. I am a devoted fan and look forward to more of your testimony's through song. God has truly bless you.
These Saints will never know how this song has affected me. If these people can sing such a beautiful song then how much more beautiful is the one they sing of. Jesus Christ is LOVE:)
im going trough a rough patch with my wife im so hurt by all the stupid things i did to her this song is easing the pain a little im praying my wife will forgive me because i dont want to lose our holy covenant Praise be the holy father who gave us his only son and the inspiration for this soul healing song
I am using my boyfriends computer , This is the first I have heard of Dons songs he showed me Dons songs 5 moths ago and I have fell in love with Don Franciscos music . His music has helped me so much just love it !!!!
Thankyou heavenly Father, you have proven to me these words when i fell into darkness so far and so lost but you pursued me, rescued me, repented me and now you restore my soul, blessed are you Lord forever and ever, amen!
"And even if you do it wrong and miss the joy I've planned, I'll never let go of your hand." There could be no greater declaration from anyone, and the amazing thing is it comes from the Supreme Being of the universe, creator of all things, and He says it to us. I love Jesus so much - bottom line
Don Francisco's live album carried us thru some tough times. His songs are the modern version of a hymnal. Not just a line or two repeated over and over like most modern christian songs. Meaning in every line. Impactful, important words. Meaning that touches real people. Sang his songs to go to sleep many a time.
Thank you Jesus that you never let go of my hand no matter what happened around me or how I ever felt or how I wandered away from closeness to you for so long. You are a faithful God.
Dave Bryant, Hang on to Jesus! He is faithful when we are not. Keep listening to uplifting music and trust God's promises, because everyone else fails. God will never ever let go of your hand! When the things of this world grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace. When I need to be lifted this is where I am, listening to truth in music!
Oh how I love this beautiful song and the beautiful singers sharing it! It just came up on my iPad this evening and brought me back to 4 years ago when I first heard it when my husband and I were so terribly sick during the pandemic and I played this song so many times every day claiming the promise that God will never let go of my hand! It brought me such comfort and peace as I rested in my loving Saviour! Do keep on singing! God is surely blessing people through both of you! And may God continue to bless you as you minister for Him! 🥰🙏🥰
I went through a long period of difficult times. I had my family and I had God, but it was still difficult. Many days it took listening to this song 2 or 3 times to get me out of bed and facing the world. It wasn't Don but God that saw me through the dark times.. But this song, the love of my family, A book called "The Red Sea Rules" illuminated the presence of God. If the comfort your song gave me is your only accomplishment in life (and I'm sure it is not) you have done your share. God Bless
This song is what I believe about my Heavenly Father . Whatever we go through in this life if we are his children that given our lives to God through Jesus Christ and by the Holy Spirit .He God will never let go of our hands ✋ 🙏 . By His grace this has been myexperiance now for over 45 years. I think of one scripture He that has begun a good work in us will perform it to that day of Jesus Christ. Children of God water you are going through right now Know this Jesus will never never never leave you or forsake you. He has got you in the palm of his hand. Nothing shall ever seperate us from the Love of God .please read Romans chapter 8 God bless all His Children brother Kevin 🙏
Amazing how God knows how to speak just what I need to hear so that I will hear it when I need it the most! My brother left a voice message for me to listen to this song this evening. How did he know this was exactly what I needed to hear?

I gave my life to Christ at an early age but backslide after start working. Even after backsliding i know he was with me. He never let me go until i returned to Him. His promises are so real. " He will never leave you nor forsake you" He is always with you. Praise God or second, third ... chances.
Thank you! I love your Songs than more about 40 years! I am always blessed!
My Dad played this always in our Home thank you Lord Jesus for never let go of my hand .
Have loved this song since being 17 and newly Born Again.
I know what you've been hearing
I've seen you hide your fear
Embarrased by your weaknesses
Afraid to let Me near
I wish you knew how much I long
For you to understand
No matter what may happen, child
I'll never let go of your hand
I know you've been forsaken
By all you've known before
When you've failed their expectations
They frown and close the door
But even though your heart itself
Should lose the will to stand
No matter what may happen, child
I'll never let go of your hand
The life that I have given you
No one can take away
I've sealed it with My Spirit, blood and word
The everlasting Father has made His covenant with you
And He's stronger than the world you've seen and heard
So don't you fear to show them
All the love I have for you
I'll be with you everywhere
In everything you do
And even if you do it wrong
And miss the joy I planned
I'll never, never let go of your hand
The life that I have given you
No one can take away
I've sealed it with My Spirit, blood and word
The everlasting Father has made His covenant with you
And He's stronger than the world you've seen and heard
So don't you fear to show them
All the love I have for you
I'll be with you everywhere
In everything you do
And even if you do it wrong
And miss the joy I planned
I'll never, never let go of your hand
I'll never let go of your hand

This is a picture of God’s. Plan: a man leading and a lovely woman adding just enough beauty to the whole effect
My favorite line has always been “even if you do it wrong and miss the joy I’ve planned” that’s sooo me! Thanks for the memories Don.

Thank you Father for loving me enough to give us your son Jesus. Love You now and ALWAYS!
baptised to this song in 1992 always in my heart forever xx
Yes!!!
Beautiful and so comforting! Thank you Don and Wendy!
Hello , how are you doing today I hope you’re having a great day
I listen to Don live in Guilford over 30yrs ago too! This song is such testimony of my life and the Faithfulness of my Lord and Saviour Jesus
I wish Jesus would come back very soon. There are so many very dead hearts that need resurrecting now. Come Jesus come. We need you now even more than the Israelites did then.. please..come quickly..I beg and beseech you my Lord ..Amen!
I usually listen to this song every day, it encourages me, knowing that the Lord Jesus loves me. Even when I miss the Joy he planed.
Beautiful song.....We have a awesome God.......hallelluyah!!!!!!...Praise to the Lord JESUS........AMENNNN
Thank You Lord Jesus for Loving me and for never letting go of my hand. Please keep me true to you and give me oil in my lamp. I love you Jesus!
This song brings encouragement every time I hear it.
Good to see this song popping up. When I was in uni. I kept listening to this song n claiming God's promises esp. When I was alone in a foreign land .
Don Francisco is a legendary Christian songwriter and artist.
I love when he sings the scriptures.
Saw Don in Concert in Belleville Ont...at least 25 years ago. His music had a huge influence on mine. This song and " I dont Care where you been sleepin" touched me more than most other music ever has. God bless you!
and He never has.
My salvation hangs on that Jesus won't let go of my hand.
Hello, how are you doing today I hope you’re having a great day so far
These Saints will never know how this song has affected me. If these people can sing such a beautiful song then how much more beautiful is the one they sing of. Jesus Christ is LOVE:)
Wow this guy can play and sing. What a gift
Even if we do it wrong he will keep us.
Hello, how are you doing today I hope you’re having a great day so far

Nobody like the LORD 💯 with you!! Thank you so much God!!
Thankyou heavenly Father, you have proven to me these words when i fell into darkness so far and so lost but you pursued me, rescued me, repented me and now you restore my soul, blessed are you Lord forever and ever, amen!
I have sung this song in many places around Canada and the US - always ministered to people powerfully!
Hello, how are you doing today I hope you’re having a great day so far
"And even if you do it wrong and miss the joy I've planned, I'll never let go of your hand." There could be no greater declaration from anyone, and the amazing thing is it comes from the Supreme Being of the universe, creator of all things, and He says it to us. I love Jesus so much - bottom line
Don Francisco's live album carried us thru some tough times. His songs are the modern version of a hymnal. Not just a line or two repeated over and over like most modern christian songs. Meaning in every line. Impactful, important words. Meaning that touches real people. Sang his songs to go to sleep many a time.
One of my favorites! Thank you Jesus! Love your songs, Don!
Thank you Lord. This song is for me personally.
Hello, how are you doing today I hope you’re having a great day so far
wonderful promise and beautiful song
Thank you Jesus that you never let go of my hand no matter what happened around me or how I ever felt or how I wandered away from closeness to you for so long. You are a faithful God.
This is my favorite song . And I am so glad you posted it. God bless you!
Wow. Thank you for sharing FATHER GOD'S reassurances in word and music. 😔🙏🕊 Shalom
Just awesome....isn’t God wonderful...😊❤️✝️
My first Christian music after getting rid of all the wordly trash. Love it through all these 30+ years
Good Lord, 30 years holy moses
Dear Francisco, I have an old vinil disk of yours, with these songs - they are balm to my soul! God bless you!
God Bless
thirty years of listing to life inspired songs filled with anointing
First heard Don as a teenager. I may not agree with some of his views but I loved his songs. They have a way of speaking to the heart of a person.
one of the many don francisco songs I grew up with, amazing how they can still bring a tear to the eye, 40 years later!
Nothing shall ever seperate us from the Love of God .please read Romans chapter 8
God bless all His Children brother Kevin 🙏
Thankyou! This makes me cry. What a beautiful message.
Brilliant stuff - thanx a lot - he has ministered to me here in Ireland for years
What a promise to be given Who could refuse ? May I never forget this clay from neath in Wales ❤🙏
Such powerful, and touching words to hear. Even when life feels so hard, God is there by your side helping day by day get through it.
Don's Gospel Adoration songs holds my heart into spiritual captivity: A man of God with a Fesr in his voice! God ,Bless this Man of His!
Thanks... Praise the Lord and His love...
Really enjoy this song!
Amazing how God knows how to speak just what I need to hear so that I will hear it when I need it the most! My brother left a voice message for me to listen to this song this evening. How did he know this was exactly what I needed to hear?
Hello, how are you doing today I hope you’re having a great day so far
