I’ve been eyeing up this splits challenge for a few months now....finally went for it! Wow is my left hamstring ever tight....if I get anything near a split I’ll be impressed! Can’t wait for tomorrow. Thanks Sean!
SeanVigueFitness I still use the cards I made with your TH-cam channel and give them out...I try to encourage everyone to stretch more... I’ve liked the conversation you have been having lately about over stretching, that has helped me as well... I’ll email you
I am nearing 50 this year and I am getting my splits back! With the left leg in front it is harder I have some more stretching to do but the right leg in front is better though my left hip flexor is still complaining. I can't stress enough how important it is to be WARM before trying these. I already worked out and had my warm ups on.
My back hip kept opening up, had to correct myself constantly. Need to get my butt stronger! Also, added Power Yoga for Athletes with my first semester of occupational therapy books to my cart.
SeanVigueFitness Always lol. I did Day 2,but I think I need to do a full vinyasa flow before I try Day 3 to see if that helps get me even looser maybe. I am LOVING THIS CHALLENGE!!!
