I bought some of the smaller ones, and they weren't much cheaper than good ones. I'm not using them for high draw application, so they are ok, but wouldn't buy them again. Had probs with two of them being loose inside. Had to disassemble and hot glue the pack into the case.

Yea they are good to replace for low amperage applications .. When i first received mine it was in low voltage disconnect and i needed to give it a full charge to get it going . There is a reason why they put these out there so much cheaper then a lot of other batteries.

Yes the amp draw is high. Someone had compelled me to test it.. I wouldn't draw that high of amperage on this battery as a normal load .. good test though.

I tested Miady 20 AH on My Electric Bicycles fine but I Am going for distance Not speed It was faster with lead acid batteries.

Did you end up getting any extra distance out of them ?

I'm new to these batteries. Would the 36ah be able to pull 40amps okay?

Do you have a link to the model you are referring to specifically?

      @@offgridmaryland TH-cam doesnt like the links. It's by Miady. It's a 12v 36ah 460.6wh lithium battery on Amazon

@@micahtron5000 I see it ... I am wondering if they used the same Lifepo4 18650 form factor cells for this unit if so i would be skeptical on more then a 40 amp bursts without severe voltage sag ... However if they used 26650 cells probably would be able to do it awhile .. but that would drain that battery pretty quick. it would be interesting to hear your experience
