marinate:
3 lbs chicken wings
3/4 cup milk
2 garlic cloves slices
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
powder mix:
3/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup rice flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
Sauce:
1/8 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup mirin
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp karo corn syrup
3 tbsp Korean hot pepper paste
ginger and garlic

Every time I try to make fried chicken, the batter around the chicken is always soggy. Probably not heating the oil enough. I like that your mix is powered only, so it can’t go wrong. This will be my tonight cheat meal, will try it for sure.
