@@scotttucker5331 if you worked in despatch you’d understand. Women screaming help can’t give location or someone saying they’re going to jump off a bridge and all we have is a phone number or a name. It helps to have information to send ambulance and police somewhere

I just took my Dispatcher Test Battery for my Police Department , its has some to do with education but more about listening and response timing
