I just took my Dispatcher Test Battery for my Police Department , its has some to do with education but more about listening and response timing

Not necessarily (if you mean by diplomas). She's probably very quick thinking and street smart though. But most police departments and central dispatch agencies don't require a college degree for her type of work. Clean background check, training, and successful run through the probationary hiring period is what's needed.

Edward Snowden and the program thin thread that was used to spy on American citizens in America and it's happening everywhere everyday and it's nobody's f****** business unless you want them to know your business. Men and women have survived for hundreds of years without people having all their information at their fingertips every device is a tracking device and nobody needs to track me because I'm not a criminal and if I was a criminal then do some old-fashioned legwork.
