No need to remove the lower part when reassembling.
The upper spring has less power than the lower spring. You can just put the rod back in with an angle and push upwards against the upper springy bolt.
Do you mean have the rod angled down and away from the machine, like Hoon did, while placing pressure upwards on the rod? Asking because I’m planning on doing this very soon
@@crawdaddyyI think I have put the tip into its hole and then leveraged against the upper bolt. There is only one way this is possible and it was quite intuitive for trying the first time…. Only that you have to begin in a somewhat awkward angle.
Thank you for your work, dude!
Friends don't let friends use a crescent wrench on, ANYTHING! I've watched several of these videos about lubrication on an E61 brew head and as insane as it is ALL of them are using a nut busting crescent wrench!! Do NOT do that you can round off that bolt/nut in a second!!
Use a properly sized box wrench so you don't seriously damage your machine!
I want a pair of knipex so bad but cant justify spending $100CAD on one just for my machine lol.. I'll find something more affordable
Thank you for letting me know.

What size wrench do i need, the one i have its not wide enough,
How often do you do that?
Hi Hoon. I bought my Bianca a couple of weeks before you and it still doesn't squeak. My pullcount is currently 1400+, we'll see when it's time for maintenance. What is your pullcount at the moment?
It is little bit tricky but I've never had to open the lower part for the 3 years I've used my bianca for just keep trying
Is there a specific period to do this maintenance or just when the lever gets sticky
No specific period. Just do this when it's squeaky or the lever is stiff to pull up and down.
