    My family was in Israel recently, unfortunately in August, probably the worst time to visit as it was unbearably hot. You couldn't even get in the Dead Sea as the water was too hot. We spent several days in Jerusalem and saw much of what you showed, but I'm amazed at how much we didn't see.

    I enjoyed your videos, this will be my 4th trip to Jerusalem this November of this year I stay at the Austrian Hospice located in the Muslim Quarter I rented a car last time, I won't do that again driving in Israel was like racing in the Indy 500 race track. The Israeli Police told me there are allot of crazy people in Israel and he started laughing. I like it how there are speed limits but no one seems to pay any attention. I was a Tank commander in the Marine Corps. I would have been safer driving a tank on the highway at least people will get out of your way. This time I will be traveling by myself so this should be interesting. I just about seen most of everything that there is to see I still have not mastered the transit bus system yet god for bid you miss your last bus. I have been learning Hebrew but I'm finding out that most people I encounter rather speak English. So besides the Machane Yehuda market Jerusalem is there a place or area where it's like a Flea market or like a long street that everyone comes out and sells antiques and just about everything? sort of like what's in Tel Aviv it like walking back in time when looking for antiques that you know of because if there was I could not find it. Thank you and I have your web site

    • @Travelingisraelinfo

      The house will cost 1.8 million shekel... and it is in the desert. In the center of Israel it would cost 4-8 million.. Israel is expensive.

    • @deborahfreedman333
      @deborahfreedman333 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Even in Kiryat Gat or Ashqelon, you can't even touch a 2 bedroom apartment (which would be listed as a 3 room apartment, as the salon counts as a room) for a million shekels. Forget about a house. Even a tiny cottage, in Kiryat Gat, is five million. Although I did see a couple of cottages in Beer Sheva, for about 2.5 shekels, but they were in a crummier part of the city, and had been divided up for student rentals.
