The City club: This was Jepsons Hospital, a bluecoat school for poor boys of Ripon endowed by Zacarias Jepson in 1672.
The school was rebuilt in 1878 and closed in 1927.
It then became a social club till the 2000s when sadly it closed its doors.
One day hopefully it will be transformed to its former glory.
