Watched your video, went out and shot my first day to night drone hyperlapse in Atlanta. Your instruction echoed in my mind as I flew! Lol. You should make more tutorials as you have a lot of value to offer. Thank you
Thank you.🙏🏻 So nice to hear that the video helped you out! ☺I'm planing to make more videos, right now it's a bit difficult to handle the workload because of my client projects, but I will figure something out. 😎
Great explanation - couple of questions. I keep experiencing a lot of variance between the Hyperlapse I save, and then the one my drone does. I'm sure the starting position/angle is and movement is quite different. Have you ever experienced this? Also, I hate Warp Stabilizer, but for 'sweeping vista' movements like this, I can't find another simple technique. Tracking stabilisation seems more suited for when you have a subject you keep front and centre, and pivot around. Do you just apply multiple Warp Stabilizer effects in Pre-Compositions?
Hey man, thanks for your feedback! ☺🙏🏻 Not sure if I understand the issue you experience. Sometimes my Hyperlapses have e slightly different framing than the points I set before, but I always left some room to reframe. For Hyperlapses I always stabilize with Position Tracking if I have a clear subject. Warp stabilizer for Hyperlapses without "target". Hope that helps! 😎
@@willjohnsnowmaybe you could try the planar tracker in DaVinci Resolve. Or stabilize it with Mocca in After effects. But not sure if it would work for your case.
Hi Niko, I would like to do a day to night Drone timelapse. I have watched your video. I will need to stay in one position and not move the drone as this will be a view from a tower that does not exist yet. I’m hoping to use Maverick 3E or Mavic three pro I’m not very good at editing and wondering if you might be able to help me.
Hey Nicolas, immediately after your video I went out trying it however I almost crashed my drone in the waters. By day time I took a hyper lapse with 4 way point along the river. At night I use the same route however it flew pretty low and did not exactly match the height of the route and almost landed on water if I didn't pay attention. Did you experience anything like that? the position was off or some height issues?
Hey mate, sorry to hear about that. Never experienced something like that. Maybe there is something wrong with your drone, try reaching out to DJI and see if they can help 👌🏻☺️
Shocked by how low the likes are for such a good tutorial. But that is YOuTube for you. I wish you had picked a place with more light to avoid so much darkness. Why not use AE for this to match the clips, more tools to anchor two clips.
Thanks for your feedback!🤗 TH-cam is very crowded, but let's see, maybe the algorithm will find me someday. Yes ae would be easier to match the shots. But I also wanted to show how you can do it by hand in Premiere or any other editing program.
Awesome man. This is the best tutorial I’ve seen by far. I’ll definitely try
Great job! Thank you 😍❤️
☺️👍🏻🙏🏻
Top erklärt, vielen Dank!
Gerne!😎 und danke für deine Nachricht! ☺️🙏🏻

Danke Nico, das habe ich gesucht. Herzlichen Dank, einfacher als gedacht :-)
Sehr gerne!😊 Vielen Dank für dein Feedback ☺️🙏🏻
This is amazing. Thank you! I am going to practice with my Mini 3 Pro and use your system.
Thank you for your amazing feedback 😊🙏🏻 tell me if it worked for you! 😏
exactly what I'm looking for, thank you nicolas
You’re welcome 😇🙏🏻 thank you for watching and commenting 😊
Dude!!!! One word, Thank you!!! Straight to the point, very informative!
Thank you so much for your kind feedback ☺️🙏🏻
The quality of the video and the information in it is really professional 👏🏻👏🏻

@@nicolas.elsaesser OK that helps. So there's no other option than Warp Stablilzer for 'without target'? Just precompose multiple to avoid artefacts ?

Wow, your channel is definitely underrated. Thanks for showing us how to do this. I will do one with the Hubsan Zino Mini Pro 👍👍
Thank you so much! Did it work out with your Zino Mini Pro?😏
@@nicolas.elsaesser 😂unfortunately I’ve crashed mine 🫠
Great transition 👍🤙🏼
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
klasse gemacht, Nico👌

@@nicolas.elsaesser Maybe when I launched my drone the low point or home point height was set differently. I have yet to fly more to find out.
Top!! Thanks 🙏
danke guter Mann!! one Frage - why did your drone start the hyper lapse from the end point? mine always starts from the start point
You can choose in which direction the drone should fly the hyperlapse.😊
Nice, please can i use the same saved file for a yer for exemple to shoot a building while instruction ??
Thank u
☺️🙏🏻✌🏻
Great tutorial! Will have to test it out myself 😜🔥
Thanks mate, your motion presets are crazy for those hyperlapses 😇
Great tutorial man 👍
Thank you 😊🙏
Great video. Can the gimbal be moved during the hyperlapes and will that movement be saved in the flight plan? That can later be repeated at night…
Yes, you can tilt the camera and the movement will be saved. 😎 The angle of the change only has to be of a certain size.
niced stuff! Perhaps too complex for my simple mind!!
thanks☺ haha just try it! 😎
After I save the route, can I copy it to my new drone?
Good question, I have not tried it. But would stick with the same drone, it's probably easier to match the shots.
Whats name of drone

You cant just cut the vids in half and use a dissolve transition?
Only if they align perfectly, which is almost never the case 😂🙈
I can't stand Adobe products or the company. I'll do everything to avoid using them.
You can do this in davinci resolve as well! ☺️👍🏻
