for anyone wondering: seer is getting two offline package skins related to truth&inference story verse: "white" and "noir". this is the "white" skin, it was on sale a few months ago I believe. tomorrow "noir" package is going on sale and it takes a long time to be delivered, that's why this video suddenly popped up lol

To all those asking, no. No you cannot get this skin anymore. It was a limited preorder at the beginning of the year. You can however, still order the 'noir' skin that comes with a figure.
