De-centralisation in a war production environment may not have a huge production capacity, however it is much safer for those who are doing the work. If one FPV drone takes out a Russian surveillance drone it possibly saves innocent civilian lives and infrastructure but most definitely saves the lives of Ukrainian soldiers and their equipment. Ukraine and Ukrainians regard the lives of their citizens as their most valuable asset.
