It’s very important to listen to your body and do what’s best for it. Aug challenge may have had some hiccups but we got this. Everyone your doing so great and you should be so proud of yourself for your efforts!!
Absolutely hate any workouts, but this stretch is my favorite and I'm starting my mornings with it for the second month in a row! Thank you sooooo much!
keep a gentle bend in your knees and just reach down as far as it's comfortable for you!! over time, your flexibility will improve -- it's just a matter of practicing and stretching!!💛

I did this after a 35 minutes pilates and omg it felt so good !! I'll follow thus kind of video after each session of pilates
