    Thanks Sir for sharing the video, I learned a lot , but I have a question.
    I set locations for flow distribution and selected 1(LOB, Channel, ROB), I also saw the distribution of different flow velocities on a cross section. I don't know why the result of selecting 1 or 10 is the same.

      Thank you for the query. Since you have set the flow distribution as global instead of local. That is why it's the same. If you change it to one, then you will have different plots.

    Sir,
    I choose 10 cross-section along a river. Now those 10 cross-section are not capable of handling the total flow capacity.
    I wants to alter the cross-section, so that it can carry total flow. Will this alteration only will be there on those cross section? Or it will be applied to entire river strech??

      Hi, thanks for the query. Yes, you need to alter the cross sections for the entire reach of the river, especially the sections in between the u/s and d/s boundary. Otherwise it will violate the continuity equation, Q = AV, and the channel will not be able to carry water.

      Thank you for the query. The roughness factor depends on the channel bed-, and bank-material . You can find the values of n and k from hydraulic books or published document.
