I drive by a water treatment facility on my way to work and home. I have to close my car window and change venting to internal air until I'm well past the facility. I don't know what came first, indoor plumbing or electricity but clearly this is a better way to dispose of household human waste. Awesome invention.
The best way to get rid of waste is to compost it and then use it as fertilizer as our ancestors did for thousands of years. Too bad modern waste is filled with microplastics and pharmaceutical drug residues.
Probably a good idea to replace the liner after you have finished woth the toilet so that its always ready for use. Especially if you have an urgent moment

Handling Diarrhea in Incinerator Toilets Incinerator toilets are designed to handle all waste types, including diarrhea. High temperatures evaporate moisture and burn solids efficiently, leaving minimal residue for cleanup. Diarrhea’s higher moisture content may slightly increase energy use and processing time. Adding extra toilet paper helps absorb liquids, improving combustion and preventing splatter in the chamber. After incineration, only sterile ash remains, even with liquid-heavy waste. The result is hygienic and sustainable, with no sticky or wet residue left behind. Modern models minimize cleanup needs. Occasional maintenance, like wiping the chamber or checking for buildup, ensures long-term efficiency and easy management of all waste types.
We had an electric toilet in our truck/tractor because we hauled confidential loads and spent weekends in a “safe haven”. We were isolated there and seldom was there even an outhouse. Our electric toilet heated “deposits” to the point that there was only dry ash remaining. There was no odor whatsoever! The heated air was vented to the outside. P. S. There is NOTHING semi about the truck. The Semi is the trailer because it has no axles in the front and must rest on the fifth wheel.
This is still on the top of my list for toilets in my RV (motorhome). I'd like to ask about power usage and time to run. You say that you must burn after each use? So, say I go to toilet (pee/poo), then an hour later, go again (pee), maybe do this several times per day. Does that mean that it's constantly ON and BURNING? Or can I leave the waste for the day, then incinerate before I go to bed that night? Next is question is POWER USAGE ... how many amp hours does this use for every burn? Can I run this on say 200w Lithium batteries? Can I run on an inverter? Do I need to have a generator?
That is the question everyone should ask first. So not easy to find but I got it by doing some digging: Power consumption is 1-2Kw and burn time 50-70 minutes. So the answer to your question is NO, you can't use 200W batteries. Every time you use the toilet it uses around 2Kw of power. No wonder it is not easy to find this information, because it uses the same power as per the whole household. The average person uses 5Kwh of electricity a day, if you go to the toilet twice you almost double it. For camping is easier just to use a folding outdoor toilet. I like the idea if waxed paper liners you can do your business in that and the bury it. Human waste like any other animal waste is not only biodegradable but has great nutritional value for plants. Remember doing number one on the lemon tree!
@@SakeBarSushi thank you for this. I'd not received any reply to this and many other queries from Cindarella (& affiliates who sell this product) during the past year while I was trying to figure out if I could put this in my motorhome. By fluke, I came across a manual about it. While reading, it said that this toilet is NOT suitable for mobile use! Dangerous I guess. Now the final nail in the coffin. Your comments about power usage. So I'm going to get the LAVEO.
Seems like a great solution for an RV. My only question or concern would be about urinating in it. She said that you can't urinate without the paper bag because of the corosiveness of the urine, but would urine not splash onto the mechanism during the dump process?
agree. I seen in some airports, that automatically cover the seat with a paper liner. I think this system needs and automatic liner deployment system that goes from the top of the seat to the bottom of the toilet meaning no splashing. Also I would also have a regular toilet for number 1.
yeah, that seems like a nightmare of constantly wiping the toilet bowl down. You just know waste is getting into the mechanisms that lower the waste into the furnace area over time.
can you turn the heat down low, so that you can cook a stew or casserole, later come home and eat it. And when the time comes, switch it onto high power and dispose of the waste produced?
Is it safe enough with a toddler and toilet training seems dangerous to have with kids of any age asking very curious about this product though. It's very cool

These types of toilets consume energy as well $$$ the cost a lone is almost the same as a used vehicle not very cost-effective.
I think there are about three brands. This one being the most expensive and largest. Walmart is removing plastic bags in their stores. Wax paper does cost a little. But it isnt horrible. Convenience is what you pay for. If it didnt matter. You could just wear a robe backwards. Put the portable toilet against the wall. When you drop your pants. No one can see. Because the robe is blocking the view of anything. If portable toilets could both seal and burn shit at high temps. That would be even better. 😂

There's always a catch... must buy liners to keep profits coming to seller. They should design a direct drop and metallic lid. The energy to incinerate probably wastes more energy than conventional toilets and contributes more to climate change.
I was going to buy this loo. I've just watched the Vanwives video about their loo and their treatment by this company and I most certainly won't be now.
Someone asked about power consumption so I did a little research: around 2Kwh of power for an incineration time of around 60 minutes. The average person uses 5kwh daily so by using this toilet you will double it or even more. If you live off-grid with free electricity that is fine however as the way things are progressing and everything becomes electric by 2030 you will need electricity for absolutely everything and the Kwh will likely become the new currency. That is when the sh...t is going to get very expensive🤣🤣🤣

What happens if you have a load of runny diarrhoea? Does it burn or just gently simmer into a stew?
all liquid will evaporate
😂😂That was brilliant!
