This whole theory lies on the fragile lie that it is impossible for Henry Stickman to have tied the bag shut from the inside when he was perfectly capable of doing so! Furthermore, given all the facts we know about the case, why the hell would that guard want to shove Henry Stickman in the bag? That guard has never before met Henry in his life, and even if he did, what would the guard gain by committing said crime? Nothing! Therefore, it would be ridiculous to assume this theory is possible!

Someone could easily tie a knot from the inside of a bag. Start the knot on the outside of the bag, get it so you only have to pull a string to tighten it, get in the bag, tighten it, then wait to be picked up. There is perfect motive for Henry to do it, but there is no motive for the bank dude to throw him in the truck in frame him. If it was a jury court, than you would simply have to get the majority of the jury to believe he is guilty.

Wright should not have been able to indict the witness, as he had absolutely no proof that said witness was guilty of any crime.
He also had no proof that his client was innocent. There remains the possibility that the defendant had an accomplice that tied the bag shut.
There’s no way the Judge and prosecution would have overlooked this in one of Wright’s actual cases.
The question of how the bag was tied shut would have added another day to the case, but that’s all.
Edit: Also, there wasn’t nearly enough desk abuse.
