@@deborahhowerton3410 actually, if i recall correctly, doc calibrated the question whether everyone is destined for enlightenment, and the answer was no, many if not most people will just keep cycling forever in samsara. so i was just wondering if he was just speaking about the people in the room at the moment, or anyone who is seriously drawn to his teachings, or even anyone who watches this video at any point in the future that will be destined for enlightenment.
Tracking his journey through the books and lectures coming through him, his initial illumination came from practicing A Course in Miracles. Then despair from tragedy in life overcame him and retired to Sedona to follow Buddhism while still teaching ACIM. Buddhism or Christ or Krishna..it all narrows the higher up the ladder one goes. 10k pathways to god. He did his best to cover most of them. Doc claimed Jesus Christ his Lord and Savior at the last lecture “Love”. Having attempted traditional surrender as described in his book Letting Go. The pathway of surrender. I experienced so much resistance and realizing his last public dedication to Jesus Christ, I turned back to ACIM and following Jesus Christ. Salvation is enlightenment in the end. See Yogananda’s Christ Consciousness. The difference is Jesus and the Holy Spirit as invited guides helpers to transcend/escape the dream. ACIM is a Sacred teaching. We have no idea at this time in evolution/creation. Everyday, I am blown away by its simplicity In removing blocks to the presence of Love, Joy and Peace.
It's not within the false image we call the human form. The Individualized Divine Soul of God is what you are. The human is not the dream or the dreamer. The human is the temporary vehicle for the Activity of Spiritual Truth in Consciousness made manifest. The purpose of the human form is to lie about the Omnipresence of the Spirit of God for the purpose of the Soul. The human is nothing and can do nothing of itself. Mortal belief is the exaltation of self above God, and this spirit is fostered by the continual returns you make upon your own doings and misdoings, which leaves no place in your mind for the occupation of GOD/Enternal Life also known as the Secret Place of the Most High!

Yes, everyone will eventually learn their lessons and become enlightened. The only question is how long it will take. Intention and devotion are key.

It is up to you. If you love truth more than anything else nothing can stop you. Truth itself will guide you. Truth itself will remove all obstacles.

No idea. This guy seems surprisingly mysterious. His Wikipedia doesn’t get into any of these spiritual ideas.
He accidentally cut it off while doing carpentry work.
