If you're referring to his mom on the show, their characters aren't from the south so he has to hide it. If you're talking about his mom in real life, I have no idea.

Kayla Testerman Brooklyn Lowe is the girl that plays Francesca.
AnaGomez1994 Hey, pajamagirl123 got it right! Brooklyn is the name of the young woman who plays Francesca, and she does give Uriah a bit of grief from time to time :). Alexz plays the Satya character, and she, like her character, is Canadian.
