- A Commonly asked question : How to save more than 1 million or 10 lakh records in an Excel sheet? Well that's solved now, you can store millions and millions of data in a single Excel sheet using power query and power pivot in excel. Normal Excel sheet only has 1million rows whereas using power query you can import data from various location / sources into a single worksheet and do analysis quickly. Excel usually hangs when we use large data, using power query & power pivot , size of your data gets reduced considerably and excel wont hang.
How to enable power pivot in excel 2016 :
1. Go to File - Options - Add-Ins.
2. In the manage box, click COM Add-ins - Go.
3. Check the Microsoft Office Power Pivot box, and then click OK.

Go to data tab - from other sources - from SQL server- enter your server name - use windows authentication and proceed. If this is not the one you are asking for explain your query propely, will try to make a video on that.

I does not have power pivot option in my excel ,why?
It is available in 2013 and later versions only. If you have latest version you need to enable that, check out the description to see how to enable power pivot
No I am using spreadsheets via wps office but how to do this on that ?
@@exceldigest6767 because in my lap if I need to use excel , need to pay for Microsoft 365. So I am using wps office ! For learning purpose only
