Making into someone else's problem is so accurate. There's no taking of accountability, people don't want to take responsibility. Having a bit of experience in the public hospital sector, I can understand the frustration.
My son waited 3 years for an operation at helen joseph. Since January he is waiting at jhb gen for his op. He was put on a prior list then they didn't have space. Scheduled for the 2nd of September then told oh no space maybe in 3 or 4 months time they may have an opening.
I worked IN hospitals for 23yrs it is NOT only the medical staff that is frustrated,but the Administration of the Hospital. if the medical and nursing DO not get the support from this division NOTHING can run efficiently sadly our support systems in the Hospitals are poor, from maintance, to supply chain management to housekeeping these basic services are lacking and often these front line people are arrogant, unhelpful they make patients feel like they OWE them something for coming for health services. In the majority of these hospital there is NO equity every few race groups like Asian Coloued or White in the Administration I DO believe a diversified Administration does hold each other accountable. Just my experience in working for Gov for 36yrs
I cannot stand Julius Malema but goodness if he takes his hate out his heart, and even other party leaders to stop going against each other they keep on attacking the DA who are the ones wanting good service for all, you to blame yourself for keeping in power the people bringing the country down and down, work together, all the leaders of the land, and we all humans, who cares about cultures of diversity, choose persons to deliver the best services
