This one hasn't aged as well for me but I still enjoy it. This is actually the first horror movie I remember seeing. I remember I was like 4 and I walked in right as the blood and molten plastic started swirling. Crazy what sticks in your memory. Haha
So in Childs play 3 Chucky wants to transfer His soul into little kids body Instead of Andy, right ? But can’t Chucky only Transfer his soul into the Very first person he reveals Himself to due to Damballa?
I really like Child's Play 3. Great review as always. Going into Bride of Chucky, try to have an open mind. The film goes down the comedy route much more than the first trilogy. It's generally a parody of romantic comedies and road trip movies, but it's, well, Chucky. I really love Bride of Chucky and it actually has quite a big fanbase. It's just comedy, little horror, but it's some damn good comedy at that. I hope you enjoy it.
Im so BIASED.. ..Child's Play 3 is 1 of the most underrated American Horror Films ever. The deleted scenes were criminally removed & would've elevated the films public perception.
Byron Herrera. I seem to remember that now mention i total. Thank Rembrandt reminder you total statement is true the third movie my fave i rember cuts it diferent movie when i kid but love eithe way it it art graffiti bloody art🎨💣📼💯🆚🎰🌍
Thanks for the shout out! Great vid as always. The 1st 3 Child Play movies were my favorites. I have seen them all, and admittedly barely remember them; Unlike the Halloween, FT13th, Elm st, & Scream movie franchises that I own and seen so much, I even know lines and the film score.
This is my second favorite Child's Play movie probably because of the one-liners and I really do like the military setting whatever movie is set in military I like it. You have a great day Lee
Can't wait for the next review from this series! Bride is my favorite of the Chucky films but I can definitely understand why some don't care for it. Looking forward to seeing your thoughts Lee!
I didn't mind the acting when I was younger, I suppose that can change now. Anyway, I'm still wondering if you could do a review on Thirteen Ghosts, it'd be awesome :D
awesome review again. when will u get to psycho 4? also can u review the first sinister since u review the 2nd which gets a lot hate but I really enjoy
Dang I had no clue Spitz from Halloween 5 was in this! That’s actually cool! Child’s Play 3 is my third least favorite of the series, honestly. I didn’t like it that much, but Chucky made up for it. So there’s that! Great review, as always!
Great review buddy!!! I definitely really enjoy this film, but it does have it's flaws. I didn't realize that was Matthew Walker as Ellis. Totally different from his character in Halloween 5.
It's not as good as the first two, but I still like it. I love Chucky's death at the end. Watching his face get sliced and him falling into the fan is awesome.
Man bro watching u so these, points out all the mistakes i made. Do u take notes or have a cue card behind camera or do u script and memorize, your delivery is very fluid where at times im trying to formulate the thoughts or am i overthinking? Sorry I know these are your videos and we should be talkin about them and I'm talking about myself
Yeah I outline all my reviews. I jot down any points I want to discuss and have them at the ready when I review. Sometimes I need them, sometimes I don't. But they are always there just in case.
yo where you get your scarface t-shirt from bruh it’s fire i enjoyed child’s play 3 to me it ain’t bad as some people say it is i like how it took place at a military school & i bought a copy of the chucky 7 movie collection from walmart yesterday they only the dvd version.
Am I the only person who gets Justin Whalin and Wil Wheaton confused? My first thought was, "I didn't know Wil Wheaton was in this movie?" I had the same immediate thought when I watched Serial Mom recently. Must be the hair. I have never seen Child's Play 3. A great review Lee.
I had no idea "Spitz" was in this movie. I've seen Child's Play 3 like a million times. Not once did I go "hey it's the guy from Halloween 5" maybe it was due to his performances from both films.
I love this movie. I think the score is great. The garbage truck kill is my favorite. Setting the severed arm to the side, it’s very effective and scary. They don’t have to show anything
this is one of my huge childhood movies! I love it..maybe I didnt realize the cons because I was 5 watching this but I love it... I like the score in this one too..good review tho!
Hello i am new to your channel and i definitely subbed to you because you earned it!,but what is a humdrum? Btw my favorite chucky movie is childs play 3🔪🔪🔪
Thanks so much and welcome to Drumdums! Humdrum is middle of the road/average. My ranking goes...Looped in Hell, 2 Hours Lost, Humdrum, Purchase Worthy, Trapped on an Island.
I love this one almost as much as the 1st 2 but it's definitely not as good, next is Bride and i look forward to what you think about that one although it's not really a horror movie.
The last scene really saved this movie. The rest of the movie was kinda basic, not necessarily boring but not as good as the first two. The amusing park scene and when the one guy takes a grenade for the rest of the team is really all I remember from this movie though.
Hey Lee I just got back from a long two week trip cuz my grandfather died it was awesome to pick back up with child's play 3....this is miles away from the first two.....can you rank the Friday the 13th films man that'd be awesome.... that's my fav movies of all time and it would cheer me up a lot.....and can I get a shoutout in it too....great review btw...
Drums I love your videos...your gorgeous and bless you for the patience to watch some of these movies!! LOL!! Question?! Do you review old shows like....Trilogy of Terror or the original Don't be Afraid of the Dark??
Not gonna lie, I wasn't really paying attention when you said who stared in it, so I heard, "Justin Whalin, Perrey Reeves" and I'm like, "Wait, what?" My real name's Justin Perry 😂
This is probably my least favorite of the franchise because of the story and acting. I still enjoy it because it's chucky and it has it's moments but overall it's just okay. What was with the barber Botnick getting off on cutting kids hair off lol!?! Great video, I'm glad you at least enjoyed the movie. I can't wait for you to review Bride Of Chucky, it's so funny and a personal favorite out the franchise.
Great Review DrumDums. Child's Play 3 isn't my favorite in the franchise, but it's not a terrible film. Yes, it was rushed in production releasing months after Child's Play 2. Like what you said, you're split down the middle with this film and the same thing goes for me. Trust me, the next two films are terrible. Also, thanks for the shout out!!!
Anthony Jenkins he hasn't watched the next 2 films yet, give him a chance to watch them without being influences by people saying its bad. By the way most people can agree Seed of Chucky is bad, but Bride of Chucky gets mixed opinions, a lot of people do like it.
This is my favorite of the series, and I was surprised that it’s the lowest rated chucky movie on rotten tomatoes by both fans and critics. Don’t get the hate.
Hey hope you enjoyed the movie because I know I loved it.it has to be my most favourite movie to watch ever I love how child's play 3 is so much fun and you've gotta love brad dour if there is just something in this movie that I just love and I don't know what it is.It has a special place in my heart and this movie I'll never forget to this day
Drumdums when you review bride of Chucky can you shout out me because as am the number one child's play fan and I would love to be in a shout out in a child's play review it would be a dream come true and I also love your channel
Terrible film imho. Never has an army barracks felt so tedious & cliché. Apart from the garbage truck scene, which is genuinely frightening, the rest falls kinda flat. That's because of sooo many reasons. First, having most of the film acted by teenagers who are too old for real emotions, but too young to act convincingly is only exacerbated by the fact that the whole film is shot like a TV college movie. The lighting (for eg.) @ 3:33 is cheap & Ghastly!! A little $10 strobe flicker on the face, & the scene set up & shot in such an austere & obviously premeditated way. Looks borderline Batman & Robin! Yet, the second film ending.. everything over-lit & utterly exposed STILL maintains that sepulchral ethos the first was known for - because it is shot so much better. The *music* in the first is a lot more innovative, & textured; crafted & sculpted in ways which obscured how it was composed. And the music in the second, whilst using traditional instruments, puts emphasis on the strings; using shrill, crescendos, & playful waltz-times, it manages to maintain authority over the genre, even 30+ years later. However, the 3rd film sounds as cheap & disposable as The Outer Limits tv series music! This always happens when composers use synthesizers to masquerade as real instruments instead of just letting them sound like creepy synths. Sigh. Finally, the whole film's loud jump scares, the douchey acting, teenaged written quips makes the dark violent moments in this film seem out of place. It's the most violent of all the films, & yet it feels in bad taste, just to break up the monotony of the narrative. This is one I avoid, & that evasion protracts throughout all the other even worse sequels.
Ugh this is up there with Seed for my least favorite of the series! Tyler is the posterboy for horrid child acting in horror movies. Chucky had some great kills and one liners in this one but I didn't care for the military setting It felt like they were one step closer to taking Chucky to outer space. Though Chucky's death in his is prob one of my favorites of his.
I hated this one. Why did they recast Andy? I know Alex Vincent is still around because he made a cameo in Curse of Chucky. Also I agree that little boy Tyler wasn't very good in it. Half way there getting through these films Lee!
Presumably they recast because they decided to age the character up to being a teenager, while Alex was obviously still a little boy. Bad decision though I agree.
Drums I love your videos...your gorgeous and bless you for the patience to watch some of these movies!! LOL!! Question?! Do you review old shows like....Trilogy of Terror or the original Don't be Afraid of the Dark??
Yes I'll review anything if it sparks my interest. I've heard great things about DBAOTD. I'll see if I can find that one. And thanks for the compliment!
This one hasn't aged as well for me but I still enjoy it. This is actually the first horror movie I remember seeing. I remember I was like 4 and I walked in right as the blood and molten plastic started swirling. Crazy what sticks in your memory. Haha
That scene is really hypnotic actually haha. But yeah that would be a freaky first memory...especially involving a killer doll.
Drumdums It's the scene that made me a horror fanatic so itll always have a space in my heart. As twisted as that sounds haha
So in Childs play 3
Chucky wants to transfer
His soul into little kids body
Instead of Andy, right ?
But can’t Chucky only
Transfer his soul into the
Very first person he reveals
Himself to due to Damballa?
Unlike most people, this is my favourite in the franchise
One of my favorite movies ever
I really like Child's Play 3. Great review as always.

It's just comedy, little horror, but it's some damn good comedy at that. I hope you enjoy it.
Interesting. Looking forward to it. I might love it or hate it. We'll see.
Love your shirt! That’s where my profile name comes from. My love for Scarface.
Also great review!
Just got it on DVD...gonna finally watch it tonite!!!🤩
Love the last act at the amusement park.
This movie is lots of fun.
The scene where he killed the barber scared me the most of any horror movie when I was a kid
Im so BIASED..
..Child's Play 3 is 1 of the most underrated American Horror Films ever. The deleted scenes were criminally removed & would've elevated the films public perception.

Yeah I already have a feeling that this franchise, while fun, won't be nearly as good for me as the "Big 3".
Drumdums And, I will agree that you're right!
This is my second favorite Child's Play movie probably because of the one-liners and I really do like the military setting whatever movie is set in military I like it. You have a great day Lee
I had forgotten the amusement park! It's been over 10 years since I last watch it! Great video Lee!
Thank you Lucas!
So well said about the awesome side characters! I do definitely like this movie though. Always amazed by how they can bring him to life on screen.
I love the last act big time.
Can't wait for the next review from this series! Bride is my favorite of the Chucky films but I can definitely understand why some don't care for it. Looking forward to seeing your thoughts Lee!
Thanks Darryl. I'm looking forward to that one too!
I didn't mind the acting when I was younger, I suppose that can change now.
Anyway, I'm still wondering if you could do a review on Thirteen Ghosts, it'd be awesome :D
Oh yeah I forgot about that one. Will definitely make sure it's on the list man.
I highly appreciate that! Thanks Lee!
awesome review again. when will u get to psycho 4? also can u review the first sinister since u review the 2nd which gets a lot hate but I really enjoy
Yes I will definitely get a review out for the 4th film. My OCD wills it haha.
Dang I had no clue Spitz from Halloween 5 was in this! That’s actually cool! Child’s Play 3 is my third least favorite of the series, honestly. I didn’t like it that much, but Chucky made up for it. So there’s that! Great review, as always!
Yeah that was a nice surprise!
Great review buddy!!!
I definitely really enjoy this film, but it does have it's flaws. I didn't realize that was Matthew Walker as Ellis. Totally different from his character in Halloween 5.
Yeah I did a double take when I saw him.
It's not as good as the first two, but I still like it. I love Chucky's death at the end. Watching his face get sliced and him falling into the fan is awesome.
That last act at the the carnival really saves the movie.
Man bro watching u so these, points out all the mistakes i made. Child's Play 3: Look Who's Stalking
I totally get where you're coming from. I love nostalgic movies. King Kong 1976 is a big one for me.
Great video man
Thanks Alex!
I love this one almost as much as the 1st 2 but it's definitely not as good, next is Bride and i look forward to what you think about that one although it's not really a horror movie.
I keep hearing that about Bride and Seed. Looking forward to watching them.
Personally i enjoy them but there are some things i really wish were different, Bride is A LOT better then Seed though.
Hey I would love to hear your thoughts on the film oculus it's a amazing horror film keep up the amazing work
Hell yeah LOVE Oculus. Great Mike Flanagan film. I'll definitely add it to my review list.
Drumdums cool thanks for helping me get into horror. and good luck with seed of chuck. You will need it
that 1 is going to be a lot tougher to review
so now what child play 4
Sure let's do it!
For me there are only the first 3. A lot of people say 2 is there favorite which is great however the 1st will always be it for me
The last scene really saved this movie. The rest of the movie was kinda basic, not necessarily boring but not as good as the first two. The amusing park scene and when the one guy takes a grenade for the rest of the team is really all I remember from this movie though.
Agreed. Thank Chucky for that last scene because I wasn't really digging the military school setting.
I think Childs play 3 is under rated . Loved it.
Chucky is so hilarious
if you want to do child play 5 and 6 those rare going to be a lot harder to review
Absolutely man! I'm actually planning on doing a video today ranking the series. Look for your shoutout!
Drums I love your videos...your gorgeous and bless you for the patience to watch some of these movies!! LOL!! Question?! Do you review old shows like....Trilogy of Terror or the original Don't be Afraid of the Dark??
and you do Halloween 4 revisited that well 😎 cool
That's definitely happening.
It's alright, but should've waited 8 years until 1998 2 follow our hero in his teens.
Not gonna lie, I wasn't really paying attention when you said who stared in it, so I heard, "Justin Whalin, Perrey Reeves" and I'm like, "Wait, what?" My real name's Justin Perry 😂
Haha that's awesome!
Good luck on watching the other childs play films. Not that great but they are fun
This gives me hope for the next ones Jay!
Nice! 👌🏼
They should've brought back Kyle and left Andy as a kid. But I personally liked this one the best.

Thanks man. I'm really curious about Bride since it has so many mixed reviews. I actually enjoying reviewing those types of films more.
but i have a question
what really does happen when you fuck with the chuck?
I reall did split two face chucky look the was hiligth 💀🚪🗿🎭
OMG he is two face Chucky haha.
I like this movie and don't fuck with the Chuck
Fact for this movie, this movie was released 9 months after the sequel, this is pretty good, but you can definitely see they rushed it.
Oh damn. I didn’t know that!
This is my favorite of the series, and I was surprised that it’s the lowest rated chucky movie on rotten tomatoes by both fans and critics. Don’t get the hate.
Chucky is really funny in this. I enjoy the third act.
Yeah the 3rd act is easily the best part.
Hey hope you enjoyed the movie because I know I loved it.it has to be my most favourite movie to watch ever I love how child's play 3 is so much fun and you've gotta love brad dour if there is just something in this movie that I just love and I don't know what it is.It has a special place in my heart and this movie I'll never forget to this day
Yeah you can't go wrong with Dourif. He really owns the role of Chucky and noone will ever be able to replace him.
Drumdums do you like the movie
Drumdums when you review bride of Chucky can you shout out me because as am the number one child's play fan and I would love to be in a shout out in a child's play review it would be a dream come true and I also love your channel
I likevit
Awesome!
I like but maybe the setting wasn't right but the beginning and ending where great but the acting is mixed in quality!
Yes! Beginning and especially the ending were really good. Loved the amusement park setting.
It wasn't bad movie I wonder what happened to his mother Andy mother
Just think chucky going to be a bro 😂
Terrible film imho. Never has an army barracks felt so tedious & cliché. Apart from the garbage truck scene, which is genuinely frightening, the rest falls kinda flat. That's because of sooo many reasons.

I was watching "wishmaster" but you are more important.
Damn bro thanks!
Chould be worst at least it crazy garey busey they GingerDead man😪
I like childs play 3 but it is my least favorite chucky movie
Interesting.
This is the second weakest of the series but still miles better than Seed!
Wow the "love" for Seed is palpable!
This is my least favorite one
I hate it
Ugh this is up there with Seed for my least favorite of the series! Tyler is the posterboy for horrid child acting in horror movies. I think they should have waited a few years for Alex Vincent to get older. He was the perfect Andy. Yeah it's been fun so far Alexandria!

Yeah I'm really looking forward to Curse.
Drumdums Curse is actually a good one
