It's very cool that the power level of some cards these days are so wild that everyone thought it was perfectly reasonable for a 3 mana enchantment that already generates card advantage off land drops can ALSO just casually dome all opponents for 13, lol
The desert bloom deck makes me want to take apart my other landfall decks after seeing this game. I didn’t think I’d like cactus-folk/ landfall this much lol

Jason here. I've watched this game plus two other ones with her on our discord (wink wink nudge nudge). So far, nope. I'm perfectly content with a 6 or 7 rating for the commander. Free, repeatable crimes were easier than I expected (Relic of Progenitus is so good in these decks as that one is actual card advantage as opposed to a cantrip). The thing is this deck is pretty bad at winning the game. You can always slap a Thorcle + Consultation in the deck but that's something that'll get you a side-eye at casual tables. The nickle and diming does alright and you can always ramp into Torment of Hailfire. It's still a lot of hard work for not the best results. She still a good commander though and better than most.

How does terror peaks do 8 damage from the tokens from ghilred, I know railroad brawler gives it counters, but wouldn’t it ETB terror trigger then the counters trigger?

Yes and no. It's not free to get a judge in the room. It costs both time and/or money, and we certainly don't make a living off this channel. Jason is a judge but he also lives multiple states away from the rest of the team plus we don't have a setup for observing in person games over webcam. It'd also be a fairly boring task for a judge to watch over a 2 hour long commander game. We do try to keep misplays to a minimum but you miss things like Swords of X and Y not granting the ability to the creature so it's the sword's owner that gets the trigger. Additionally, these are new decks every week. We often don't know every intricacy to the deck when we play it. On top of all that, if players don't catch the mistake, the editor often doesn't catch it, but even when he does, he might be 6 hours into editing for the week and not have time to pick another game. We'd love to do more to address errors in games, but the logistics is a significant burden that we're not well positioned to address.

Both are fun! Marchesa is a little more powerful since her card advantage offers better consistency. Lazav is a lot of fun though

Terror of the Peaks checks the power of the creature on resolution of its ability. Resolve Railway Brawler's trigger first then Terror of the Peaks
