There can be another segment of users here- emergency drivers(ambulance, fire trucks etc.). And if a normal commuter stops at 15% of total time in stop lights, these users will stop less in case of emergencies
Hi Debajyoti, yes you're right - in fact there are probably a few other types of users that, in an ideal world, you could segment to. However, in an interview situation, you have to limit yourself to fairly broad segments - and I suspect that the volume of emergency drivers probably isn't high enough to warrant including in Anika's answer here.

How these people are so fast in calculations do they use calculator or just mind calculations coz im finding it very difficult
