Well they tried nailing that with all the females here. Even the not so important antagonists like Vertigo and Arclight have a lot to show. Personally my favorite is Arclight, but Rogue looks good too.
He also had a relationship with death. The healing factor isn't the reason he can't die. Technically, Wolverine CAN die. I mean, if he got beheaded, his healing factor wouldn't sew his head back on to his body. However, I'm pretty sure his adamantium skeleton prevents the severing of limbs. Deadpool doesn't have an adamantium skeleton (I don't think), so his relationship with death is what keeps him from dying.
I know she can absorb peoples abilities through skin contact, but from I learned from Screwattack if she has enough prolonged exposure to someone with skin contact she can gain their abilities permanently. This happened when she clashed with Carol Danvers and gained her abilities permanently. So I can imagine a rouge deadpool can happen.
