The one I’m most disappointed about is the cancelled live action Wile E. Coyote movie, Coyote Vs Acme. It was completed and ready for release but it was shelved so WB could claim a loss on their taxes.

I first watched Fletch in the theaters when I was a teenager. I enjoyed it but then I devoured the books and realized just how poor an adaptation of the book it was. It's been 30+ years since I read the books but when I saw Confess, Fletch I remembered many details of the book vividly and realized they had made the best adaptation possible considering the changing times (in the books Fletch is an investigative journalist which is hardly a thing anymore). It was great and it's sad that there won't be more.
Anything cancelled last minute by Netflix is no longer a surprise. I don't know what happened with them, but they've gotten so much worse about cancelling good shows/movies/sequels at the last minute, giving us fans no hope to see how it all ends. I've always said that if a show is cancelled last minute and still had good reviews or fan base, then the least Netflix could do is allow a follow-up movie to tie up all loose ends and bring the story to an actual close. Nothing I hate more than a good show ending on a cliffhanger, just to find out Netflix decided to pull the plug afterwards.

It all started when the CEO decided to fire the development director around 2014-2016 (can`t remember exactly when) due to his ego being to big. Ever since then Netflix can`t develop something consistent (yes, they do have an occasional hit, that they always mess it up after the first or second season).
The main reason I avoided Transformers One at the cinema was Chris Hemsworth, and there are two reasons for that. 1 - I'm kinda getting sick of seeing him in 'everything' now. Granted, he's not at Chris Pratt level yet, but he's getting there. 2 - I'm just not quite ready yet to let go of Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime. Like, I know it's gonna happen one day because he's not immortal, but I'm just not there yet. That being said, I have seen it now and it was better than I expected but I still wish they'd cast someone other than Thor as Prime.
This is why you never never ever...... end a movie or a tv show on a cliffhanger for a sequel or a just chance that there could be another part two. Even if you have a power house actor leading them. You give fans hope that there will be and then nothing.

Are you kidding? I would love to see another Mad Max movie. Furiosa was very good, and Fury Road is my favorite action movie of all time. I was VERY much looking forward to Wasteland.
Fletch is a very refreshing movie and 1 of those rare ones a 2nd part was something to look for. Most of the things these days being labeled as "to start a franchise" r usually not even worth to watch. Too much over the soap Opera Drama with limit characters (when in doubt likeables r killed anyway by lazy writing or the start humping because ... for whatever, but not the story). Good Productions like Confess Fletch or The Werewolfs of Darkwood are very, very rare.
There a lot of these guys don’t cared for but I did want to see the Hogan bio pic, the Mad Max Wasteland. Furiousa was a let down, I don’t even watched it throughly. Stop before she grew up.
Maybe if the Mad Max franchise actually focused on Mad Max and not on that stupid “furiosa” character, then the movie wouldn’t have been cancelled. They cancelled the Hulk Hogan biopick? That is unfortunate, and I was really looking forward to that too.
