Honestly, I think that the Transformers eventually learned that we humans have so many issues that we deal with on a regular basis, especially today, that they figured that they can get away with such additions to their vehicle modes, and we wouldn't even notice!😂
I grew up watching the English Dubbed version of this series. And one of the highlights I always look forward in Transformers Cybertron is seeing the Transformers transform.
Galaxy Convoy's voice is Taiten Kusunoki He also voiced Black Convoy aka Scourge from Transformers Car Robots and also he is the new voice for Heihachi Mishima from Tekken Bloodline netflix series.
Ah, Signal Lancer. I always love how they gave a cutaway gag character over-dramatic transformation stock footage for the final appearance of the character. Was so unexpected, but it’s always hilarious.😆

This is why exclusive to this show why at certain angles you could see things like pegs or connector dots it's because these models are directly animated thru the toy designs
It always bothers me when they do this. Even G1 did something similar. They had actual Cybertronian alt modes but their robot modes showed earth vehicle parts
The japan is the original version Transformers: Galaxy Force is the name, there are few change that makes it different than the Cybertron like Override / Nitro Convoy is originally a man but the Cybertron version made her woman due to a relationship with Lori and maybe a lil stuff that bit easy to miss but will definitely makes you think "huh... This isn't what happen in Cybertron"

Gonna be honest, the English names are significantly cooler than the original Japanese ones, but I think the writing in the original is leaps and bounds ahead of the writing in the dub
@connorwood9211 One major difference is that the anime studio who was assigned to animate the Cybertron series was not the same studio who did Armada and Energon, so the story for Cybertron did not match up with the Unicron Trilogy storyline because the Cybertron anime studio apparently didn't get the memo (or decided to ignore it, I don't really know tbh). This is one of the biggest reasons why the first meetup between the Transforms and the humans was one filled with confusion and wonder rather than a continuation from Energon.
@@miyako1909 Armada was kind of the worse case for plenty of the G1 names reused on random character with some exceptions, which made it weird for Energon since that season properly introduced a good number of G1 characters but Wheeljack got the short end of the stick on both fronts because of Armada. Honestly they could have just wrote that Armada Wheeljack returned fully back to the Autobots and change to his 'Downshift' appearance in Energon during that 10 years gaps..... Cybertron handled the reuse G1 names better, course there's a lot based to what I remember

I remember this as a kid, it was so good! But sadly the DVD is broken I didnt finish the show, but I remember them meeting vector prime I thought for a sec the that was optimus prime's father bcuz there both primes lol, I think I finished atleast 300+ episodes (idk how many episodes in this series lol) Edit: nvm I actually finished it, wow
my favorite part about the show is the animation errors in the first episode during the battle scene when Optimus' head would randomly change colors, and the characters would be missing wheels occasionally
I remember this show when I got a video DVD in Italy that came with an Optimus Prime + Megatron toy, plus and I remember the scene from 13:54 like "If you thought Galaxy Convoy is awesome, wait for the Liger Convoy scene at 13:54 !😜", because that transforming scene tops out how epic it is.
I really hope we get an American version of Liger Jack, or whatever his name was in the English dub, in legacy. That way, I can combine it with the already released galaxy upgrade Optimus prime figure.

Yeah because they probably didn't bother trying to animate a pre scan body before migrating to earth. Tho on the plus side at least we can see what form they are gonna assume, and that all the details are there like tires, wings, cannons, etc. Unlike in G1 where alot of those things just suddenly appear and disappear depending on which mode a transformer is at.
Jungle Planet was a missed opportunity to have the Maximals and Predacons in the dub Scourge and Snarl’s activation codes could have easily been Terrorise and Maximise especially Snarl as he was the va for Dinobot,Rattrap and Silverbolt
Lol not gonna happen plus maximals and predacons are future dependant of the autobot and predacon while transfromers from animatros or jungle planet are just like cybertron they are different transformer colonies plus they arent using a lot of technology like autobots and decepticons meaning beastwars are super advanced on tech

To call it the "offical" version isn't 100% accurate. The show was ordered by Hasbro to be the final instalment of the Unicron Trilogy from the start... It was the Japanese who didn't follow through on that instruction and Hasbro had to correct it. So while Galaxy Force was what was originally produced, it was not what it was created to be.

Nah, this is likely bias as I grew up watching the dub version, but I have a ton of fond memories of the unicron trilogy as a kid, especially cybertron, and tbh the dubbing wasn't bad in my opinion
