    These are wonderful! I'm wondering about the texture of the caramel -- is it meant to be brittle and crunchy, or more on soft and chewy side? Or perhaps it's just a matter of taste... :)

      It is soft at first when it is hot, but when it cools off it will be crunchy and that is how it is suppose to be.

    All our suitcases are stuffed with sohan.. but apparently that is not enough.
    By the way, sohan asali looks beautiful
