- Virginia Wangari Kamotho had been married for 20 years to a Bishop of a local church in thika: Body of Christ (Kanitha ya Nguo ndaihu). She bore him 12 children! Their marriage was okay until one day, her husband woke up, and told Virginia that 'The Lord had rejected her as his wife!' He also added that 'The same Lord, had rejected Virginia as the mother of his 12 children!' According to Virginia, her husband, allegedly denied her from breasting her 3-months old baby then. She was sent away and her place as the queen of the house was taken by her by a woman she says was her best friend. Since 2015, Virginia Wangari has been fighting on and on to be allowed to see her children by her husband but to no avail.
