How many homes does she have? How often does she decorate them? Is she buying all these homes and decor pieces with her TH-camr money? In that case, lets cancel her like the internet cancelled Hasan Piker recently for buying a home in LA. (For the absolute stupid, this is a sarcasm)
Back in early June, TH-cam decided to recommend one of Taz's videos to me (no idea why, since I feel I am a lot older than her average audience) but I am very happy it did, because I love the content (much love for the poetry as well!). Besides the content though, I could just listen to her talk about whatever, because her accent is simply wonderful (and she has the most infectious laughter I have ever heard too) Lastly, Taz, in the event you do see this (or anyone reading this and liked any of the films Taz has mentioned in her videos over the years), I have a feeling you would enjoy the film "Wandafuru Raifu", it's a japanese film from 1998 and it comes with subtitles. Much love from Greece!
So glad you went to Cafe Caribbean! I’m half Guyanese (West Indian) and this is the closest food has come to my nans cooking. I work in the offices opposite Spitalfields and go to Cafe Caribbean all the time the Curry Chicken and Stewed cabbage are my favs!
Wintermelon is a gourd like louffa, pumpkin, etc. It’s similar to honey dew and cucumber. It’s one of my favorites and we grow winter melon and juice it every year
Yes, the curry mutton and rice looks authentic and yummy! I live in the Caribbean and it looked really good. You should try authentic Caribbean food some time. 😊
I'm so happy watching your vlogs, because you're able to go out, have friends over and just not in lockdown anymore. I love seeing happy Taz out and about! We're in lockdown here in Aus, and seeing you finally free from the lockdown in the UK gives me so much joy! Stay safe,
I'm Caribbean and yes curry goat and white rice is a good example. It has a lot of salt but you usually don't taste it a lot so maybe it wasn't cooked well. It also tastes great with rice and peas (rice and red kidney beans).
“Caribbean” is such a extensive word, there are so many different cultures in the Caribbean. I’d say your typical Caribbean food would be Jamaican food and then also Puerto Rican, Dominican and Cuban food which you might find similar. But then there’s like the Central American side that’s like totally different food wise. And there’s a lot of other islands that just have completely different cultures and food. So basically is very hard to define what Caribbean Food is. There’s obviously a base of rise, and in some cases beans, a lot is spices, and they love their plátanos.
I love seeing you go around and trying new things. Panna cotta is a desert. Made with sweetened milk that has been gelatinized woth gelatin. Thank you for the vlog.
Omg looking at their menu just made me sooo happy. The prices are actually so cheap and I'm vegetarian so I am ECSTATIC and also live in Singapore lmao
excuse me miss, i gotta say i love your accent and that´s one of the reason for me to be a loyal subscriber along with your kindness haha you´re such a beautiful and nice person! hugs from Argentina!!
Just to share what "bilog" is, it's Filipino for circle and usually in the Philippines, we pair "dirty ice cream" (which is ice cream being sold on the streets, cheap but rly good) with a hamburger bun or any slice of white bread hehe. You should try Filipino food too 😊 Just sharing lol great vid Taz nonetheless! 😊
Hey Taz! Saw you on the Jolly video and had to follow. Caribbean food depends on the country but usually has African origin and either Spanish, English or Indian origin. Countries like Trinidad and Guyana have large amounts of folks with Indian origin so their curries taste like that kind of spice palate and Jamaican curries are also pretty similar to that flavor profile IMO. Jamaican Curry Powder and Indian definitely taste different from each other but there are some similarities too.
Me trying to figure out why Taz didn't unplug the mic jack 2:23 from the connector instead of shimming it through her jumpsuit...lol This was such a Tik Tok Khaby Lame moment...hahaha Great Video!
I’m late but just here to say that “panna cotta” is usually a dessert served with chocolate or berries, and it’s made with “panna”, which is cream and it’s like boiled so it has that jelly consistency, which can actually be a little strange, but it’s kinda good. I suggest you to try it as a dessert on its own.💕🇮🇹
Great one! Ube is common especially in the southern Philippines. Different people have different ways in making them. Some like it with cheese and some likes it as ease.. buko is really yummy too ❤
Taz I really like that you hate soft textured stuff but still try them. Also you always be like "woowww" when you see a really mixed looking food like at 11:37 which doesn't seem very appetizing lol. (I know those taste the best btw) In summary, I like you a lot. Thanks for sharing xoxoxo
Would not mind being called her “little peanut butter cups” as our fan names 😂
Or Tazmaniacs. 😂
💯 🙌
Oh come on, if she calls us sth, it should be "my little beans".
@@tirkdiamond Omg yesss why didn’t I think of that 🤣
Taz being literal sunshine:
"Hi! I've been spotted, I wonder what gave it away?"
Taz is a legend from Wales
Who tells viewers marvelous tales.
She cooks and writes poems,
Decorates her new homes.
At spreading joy she never fails!
TAZ IS A QUEEN
Ohh she’s a poet, a Shakespearean gal 😉
@@sweettea735 lol

In the corner: *sad owner noises*

Taz’s personality is a dose of sunshine ☺️

Doesn't get any better than that, eh? 🤣

The Eggslut one looks so good 🤤
Panna cotta is a dessert. It's like a thickened/solid cream that's sometimes flavoured.
... it literally means "cooked cream" in Italian.
@@ftumschk Yep. Which is weird, because it isn't cooked. It's just warmed.
We can all agree that taz is so cuteee

Maybe you can make a video trying the new and trending Vegan/Vegetarian food places?
Manifesting Taz and Mark Ferris collab!!!
Taz finally tried her first Filipino food 🤧
The imperial China.
The food textures… I don’t think I could cope
Coming from a Caribbean family, I’m happy she loved the curry mutton the best.
I am hurting for Taz’s bank account right now 😂😂😂
