It's my first time to experience stress due to lack of sleep I know I'm abusing myself because of my selfish hobbies I like and every morning after a minute I feel my heart beat getting fast so I watch this video it helped me relax my heart is there any advice you can tell me to help my heart not to beat fast every morning after waking up after 3 minutes?

Hlw ma'am I need ur opinion actually my left knee ligament got partial tear two years ago so can u tell me is there any treatment in panchkarma to heal it, becoz i have heard about zanubasti does it work on it or I should go for allopathy treatment . Plz share ur suggestion

I understand you're not a doctor. If someone has mild heart problems such as myocarditis as a side affect of covid vaccine, can they do these exercises? I keep reading that a person needs to be at complete rest. But one has to do something. Thank you.
If mild symptoms then can do, but do not try to drain yourself.. Just do gentle movement and breathing but if symptoms are high then complete rest is needed and consult doctor.

First of all, make sure that you get enough sleep..
Also when you get up first do few deep abdominal breathing practices.

Deep breathing will help for regulating heart beats..You can more focus on pranayama.

Please hold these poses for 30 sec min with normal breathing with focus on breath.
Healing happens when we focus on mind body and breath.
