Looks like an awesome piece of work. I'd love to make a mod like this but I've never been good at coding and I don't have the time to learn 20 different programs. I've had an idea for a couple years now about a forgotten Dawi clan teaming up with some stranded Empire Colony in the new world and forming a Dwarf/Empire hybrid faction.
That's why i'm not worried about Warhammer 3 whatever happens with CA, we have a very talented and passionate community behind it that will keep bringing up new amazing content like that every now and again.

No it's not. It's fun but also just a rehash of mechanics from other mods. Basically feels like playing Chaos with some vampires thrown in and mechanics of other factions. It's also buggy as shit. If this was an official DLC the whiny whiner boys like you would not stop crying online about how shit it was.
@@jamaldju5058 Let's take chaos dwarf as an example: it came with these features: - Convoys: Reusing and reskinning the Cathay caravan system. - New lore of Hashut: Great, but not time consuming for them to do, and modders have also made custom lores. - Settlement vs outpost/factory and resources Economy: nothing new, just fleshing out the existing. - Claim a seat: Merging existing systems, nothing new, (kislev ... ) - Unlocking units/bonus with armaments: nothing new (beastmen, skavens) - Provincial abilities (dreadquake mortar shots): Nothing we haven't seen. New Units : Lords: Classic Melee / Wizard Heroes: Your average engineer, your average melee hero, and your average mage hero Units: expendables orcs and gobs Dwarves artillery Flying single entity units Centaurs but they are bulls. Now they would have amazed me if the artillery pieces could actually assemble together into a mf train in battle. The thing is, yes it is fleshed out, they have better Unit cards that feel for consistent, they have amazing campaign map designers. But that's it. it's supposed to be more balanced and bug free but it is not. Look at how half of their artillery, the only new units they really designed, did not work when DLC came out. The core of what they are doing for DLCs is less about expanding than reusing and they don't even hide it. Inside info says that's just the reality of what making a total war game is today.
This mod is putting CA's DLC's to shame, not that the devs aren't talented or can't put out good content. Fantastic job to the mods team, really really impressive work! 👏
pro tip with playing the Blood Dragons: don't rush to wipe out enemy factions, leave them around in a weakened form as long as possible, so you can harvest their faction leaders again when they recover from their wounds
Thanks for showcasing this mod. I played it for a few hours and man… this is the best mod so far. There is so much depth and so much to do. The characters look so well done and the vampires are finally threatening and don’t just look like someone’s grandpa off the funny pills(like they do in vanilla). For the guys who worked on this: you’re absolute legends
My PC can't take any more. All this mods are wonderfull, I have to have them all. Allready installed mod pack that include: Nagash, yin-yin, neferata, mixu LL, skaven 4.0, norsca dwarfs, marienburg, grudgebringers dred king, jade vampires and southern realms. I want to add legendary heroes and this. Game stop responding few times per loading and loadings itself are realy long now but I think its worth it.
Isnt neferata mod pointless if you have the nagash mod? Also I’d recommend using prop joe mod manager / launching mods from data folder, and also using a SSD drive.
@@kriegaone3658 Firstly, no mod is pointless if it add a new faction. Neferata on her own is also cool to play. If it comes to nagash this guy could be the best end game crisis but moders sadly didn't make that. In MCT you can only set up a chance for AI Nagash to confederate or disable him. Fun thing would be option to set nagash fully united undead at turn you choose. I don't know what happen in vampire end game crisis though. Secondly I use mod menager but I don't have SSD. I don't recommend playing warhammer 3 on HDD either. One day I will instal that game on PC where loadings are fast and game keep 60fps in battle... One day.
This is one of the best mods I've seen in years and that includes the historical games. Aside from all the interesting mechanics, those units look amazing and the variety is great.
Can we talk about the two first battles the mod expects you to do? Yes, auto resolve is easily possible so I don't even try, because it seems crazy. At 2:12 you see your army, the enemy dwarfen army has 15 units in it. The lord, two units of dwarf warriors and two of miners, two ogre bulls, two slayers, two crossbows, three rangers and a canon. Then the tier two settlement, with a tier 3 garrison building. Wtf.
Hey, just thought I'd give a quick tip. You start with 2 cavalry units. One of them (the blood dragon one) is your carry unit. All you need to do is stack your infantry and just run your cavalry into the ranged units. Also, the lord is also pretty much immortal. For sieges just bait the enemy to face one direction while your special cavalry just wins the battle for you. They can pretty much solo every single unit(s) in the game for a while.
@@superfailPT you can easily replicate tactics from the battle of gaugamela. Just use the thralls to make the ai over commit to a flank and smash the exposed center with the blood dragon vanguard

CA better take notes. This is a good template to implement knight order, not only blood knights but also the knights of Caledor could use this and potential bretonia/empire orders
I slept on this one… and I regret it. So many innovative things! Please CA, make unit upgrades for all factions! The quest battles are so epic! CA, if your still there.. can we get quest battles that are waves of opponents? Doesn’t need to give me anything other than a challenge. Thank you CA for implementing this in the next few patches. 😂💯
I like empire building with my campaigns too. Even after achieving all victory conditions. i just keep going. Then I delete the saves to save up on my cloud save space.
Ah, so that's how you get Abhorash. I'm like 60-ish turns in, having destroyed about half the Empire with Walach, doing some quest battles, and I'm wondering when Abhorash shows up since he seems to be pretty essential for the late game. Turns out my rpg-player tendency to save resource-using consumables for emergencies has been hobbling me this whole time. I've yet to click on the big red button for Clarion Call a single time because I wanted to have it ready for when I need it. I might actually want to restart the campaign, considering just how many factions I already wiped out. Probably not, though. Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords is going to be very helpful right about now to make sure everybody's stayin' alive, stayin' alive, ah, ah, ah, ah, stayin' aliiiive.
Just a warning, Some of these faction mods break the campaign completely. The nagash mod, as cool as it is, will break the campaign as nagash gets multiple legendary lords, a million armies with the kind of comp the AI doesn't have an answer for, and just runs over everything. Some of the blood dragon mods and moussilon mod tend to have the same issue where these factions will run over everything around them. I haven't noticed it being so bad with some dwarf faction mods like the norse dwarfs for example, though.

This is amazing work saw this on workshop knew my pc would die on me from using it. One utterly irrelevant question are the tzeentch tzaangor units on disks AoS, 40K or WfB lore. I keep searching and can't find anything conclusive?

Enlightened: lord and hero Shaman: magic range Skyfire: physical range Just make their skin blue fur no birdy look either.
the only thing is a lot of the units are ridiculoualy op even on legendary vhbd. Their armies and lords get straight up invincible later on to the point where is makes even end game crises on turn 60 trivial

It looks more than good DLC for a TW:Warhammer. Usually, we get way less content in one DLC than in this one mod. Brilliant job

This mod affects Vampire Coast as well with the new Depth Guard and a few other units. Awesome stuff.

The Tzaangors on disks are 40k and AoS lore, as far as I'm aware. Never seen or heard anything of them on WFB
