Hey, I would love to know how you are doing this - are you using Izotope RX plugin or some other method? I have been trying on and off for years to isolate tracks but can never get it this clean.
Well, surprising or not, I found a website that has songs with multitracks, basically isolated instruments, some from Rock Band, or Guitar hero, like Chop Suey, or Psychosocial, so yea
Sounds so sterile and over-produced it;s hard to believe it's not vst-drums, except for some few split-second snare moments. But on the other hand, even Joey's drums used to sound like typing machine (on Vol.3).
Im not a drum expert lol, but Jay has very new techniques that he can really master, even if Joey is the reall original, i prefer him because he started slipknot, and his talent is phenomenal, but i guess its the way they master in the studio
@@natewaves i know how mixing works, thanks. It sounds fine at best (as a song), but not great. And when i mentioned Joey's drums, iwas talking about final mixes of whole songs too.
@@JenyaIsJustChilling True this album definitely has one of their worst productions, way too clean for Slipknot, but it definitely sounds way better when you listen to the actual song with all the other tracks
This is nice

This isn’t made to be listened to as a drum track only song. It’s made to be a whole, cohesive body, that sounds great all together
