No but you are do what people used to do before we created this idea. 3 years ago everyone used to paint the panel behind black and then bond on a standard tinted window.

the bond tube will have a V shape in it. See the video. This is the correct height of bond
How do you make sure the new rear qtr and slidding door glass is same tint ?
Wanting to do this but worried the false window will be much darker ?
Get the false glass fitted. Then get the side window tinted to match it.

Depending on the weather. If its warm 3 hours. If not ideally over night.

How long does it take for the primer to dry?
2 minutes should be enough
How long does the primer take to dry please?
30 seconds ish unless it's cold, then a little longer
