I understand artistic expression, as well the concept of challenging authority, but this is just wrong. By imposing costs on transit systems, you are undermining the ability of cities to fight the destructive dominance of automobile culture. I would be interested in hearing an intelligent defense of vandalism of community infrastructure.
im not saying it is a defence for it, but you can also take into concideration that the train still works and full functioning with extra paint on it. thats why you can also say that its a matter of priorytizing(spelling?) when you can either take this away or help take away the destructive dominance of automobile.
