The lion just wanted to cross lol.
Crocodiles are rarely ever a threat to hippos, even calfs. They will stop eating and allow even a tiny calf to chew on their tail to escape the wrath of its mother.
Wait what really??

That lion was just trying to cross the river, ain't want no smoke
Cutie baby hippo. So small and adorable 🤗🤗🤗.
Don't mess with an Adult Hippo unless you're an Elephant or a Rhino
Great photography / narration..Thank you for natural sounds and not silly music..
how is a hippo calf a perfect target. Just about one of the worst.
Not when mama is around !
Unprotected, they're easy.
That young lion seems to be missing a mane? 🤔
Maybe it is a trans lion you bigot!
@@thelastword4616 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
It's not a full grown one yet! One day hopefully
I think it’s a lioness not lion.
@@God.sDaughter no it has balls lol
The narrator said that it was a male lion but I had no main!??
There are regions in Africa where male lions develope a very small to no mane. You can read the article "maneless lions" on Wikipedia if you want to learn more about it.

Oh wow! Really?
I had thought it’s a female lion until I saw it had testicles. 😱
Gorgeous footage.
IN MY VIEW
Hopefully the safety of going underneath the water so it cannot be seen and a protective mother will help this baby to grow up.
The lion games fast
That lion just went and lie on the ground wtf😂😂😂

The mother and baby became KFC dinner for the lion pride. You have to watch the full documentary.

Пшла прочь драная кошка 😅
Nol vegetarian pizza for this lot..
I'd like the narrator turn understand that is not a male lion even at a juvenile stage at that size they would have the beginning stages of a Mane
You're totally right. That's that new breed of female lions with balls, and I'm glad someone has finally spoken up about them. Thank you.
Looking good follow back God bless you 🇰🇪 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
First comment😊....I love animals and nature 😊😊😊😊😊😊
You mean , “first loser?” I suggest you get a life!
@@henryc1000 quit being an asshole!! If you are so opposed to animals and nature why are you even on here to comment? I suggest YOU get a life Jackass!!
Nobody cares
That's a great video. I will always cheer for you in Korea I'm looking forward to a great video. Have a nice day.
Of course a baby hippo is an easy target but no Single lion will go near a hippo a hippo I'm land never mind bloody and land never mind bloody water it would get demolished
Male lion looks like a female
Nice fake story about a lion crossing a river that never intended to attack the calf with the mother right next to it to begin with.
The footage of the lion and the footage showing the baby hippo were possibly not filmed on the same day. Maybe not in the same country either. 😉
That's a female lion FYI
It's a young, maneless male, see the balls at 0:49
Thats a lioness not a male lol
