I was in one of the units in this estate and man these videos aint doing justice to these homes (you have to see them personally to believe),like you cant et a good perspective of high ceiling in the living room kabisa in the video. With the same boring theme you see in most of the estates in Kenya, this was tastefully done. Considering the workmanship that has gone in those homes and location you will understand why they priced that way.

@@priterhomesrealestate I am not talking about the distance from Wilson Airport terminal, that can be a 10-minute drive. Phenom Park is right by the side of Wilson Airport's second runway with Southern Bypass on the other side

When you buy the house it doesn't come with furniture, plus he is not the one who does the interior, it's the developer, priter homes can only show case the house. They are not his.
