My CD has a slow back window. Thank you for these videos to help as DYI’rs fix these issues the right way. Unless you have seen many of these, one would have no idea what bends or not should be in the regulator assembly.

Im doing this very project on my 1983 300CD right now using an older video of yours as a guide. My drivers side began to not close fully. My back seat is out and the panels off, I was able to see my bent old style bracket immediately. I was taking a break before pulling my windows out and this video popped up. My 1985 brackets are on the way. Thanks for the content and the thoroughness of your work.

Thank you so much for these vids! they were very helpfull for me to use when i had to diagnose and replace some components on the rear window motor circuits! while at it i greased up both rear windows of the W123 Coupe 300CD turbo, now they go very smooth! thank YOU!

Top notch work. Congratulations. I have a problem with the rear door glass gear mechanism on my w116, it is warped. from what I saw in a video. I'm going to have to screw it into thick iron and heat it up. However, I'm afraid it will warp again. Have you ever solved something similar?? There's some suggestion.

You just need a vise and you can bend it back into shape if it's not damaged too severely.
