I think the most common cause is excess sugar consumption. And that has a lot to do with the increasingly limited options we have in stores. It's difficult to avoid excess sugar, like high fructose corn syrup, sugar in ice coffee, soft drinks, and in many foods.

Need to be able to do it on me. I think I have it because of the AS in my lower back. I don't eat junk foods, sugary foods, pop etc.

None of the video actually showed acupuncture treating neuropathy, being mentioned only at the very end. The title of this video is misleading clickbait.

When the goal is moving fluid / circulation, isn't it important to start superiorly then move distally?

I agree with Carole Jackson. Although in massage you start distally. In lymphatic massage you start superiorly. Hmmm.

What would you suggest, anyone for weak nerve pain in leg 🦵 from back pain. She had spine surgery from a bicycle 🚴 fall, and when I hardly touch GB 41 and go up they are very sensitive! Her left leg doesn’t work: drop foot. UB 41 is knotted. Any suggestions

I have PAD on both feet--they feel stiff, but I can still feel quite well. My problem is nerve burn on my left foot. I just had PRP (Plasma Rich Platelet Therapy) on the foot, but after two weeks in a boot and one week out, I still can feel a bit of a burn now and then. Doc said 6-8 weeks until complete recovery (if it works). We are going on a long trip and I cannot have the burning--it is debilitating, so I would like to try the oil your mentioned. Can you tell me the name of the oil you are using (turned on CC, but it interpreted it as "poem") and where I can purchase it? TY

I am confused why a lot of folks still believe in prescription medications to manage neuropathy, as there exists an alternative treatment that could help eradicate neuropathy in a safer way.

People don't really believe that acupressure works.I too was one of those. But I was cured by acupressure when all othe orthopedics gave up. Miraculous cure for a lost use of right leg from knee down. That was 10 years ag.I still walk normally on both legs.

Yes I accept what a couple of others have written - definately not as easy than it sounds to find a natural remedy for neuropathy.
Be cautious and take advice from others. I searched many websites and discovered a lot of good help by searching google on sites such as Gabs Neuro Guide. Good luck and hope you succeed!

I certainly agree with the previous commenter said - definately more difficult than some people make out to treat neuropathy at home.
Be careful and seek advice from experts. I looked many websites and found some great help by searching google on sites like Gabs Neuro Guide. Good luck and hope you are successful!

Many thanks, been searching for "peripheral neuropathy rehabilitation exercises" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Donackenzar Prominent Domination - (do a search on google ) ? It is a great one off guide for discovering how to get rid of your neuropathy and diabetic nerve pain minus the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my neighbour got cool results with it.

So grumpy, cinnamon as a topical agent increases blood flow to that area.
