    Awesome!! I just love your teaching. You have such great skill plus the natural ability to instruct and convey in relative simple terms how to "Get it done!" Thank you so kindly. It brings me joy as a 69 year old disabled Vietnam Veteran who's trying to learn how to draw. God bless your precious heart! 👍😊

    Thank you for that video really helps clear things up. I have been following the Loomis method found it difficult to understand, so much to read. You have helped simplify it, I will never have a wonky face again, except my own of course.

    You have no idea of how I’ve improved after this. THANK YOU SO MUCH. In my city an art book is soooooo expensive and we are running out of cash. As you have just summed it all up I was able to understand everything 😅😘

    I love your tutorials! Just one thing: when you're drawing the circles and lines, it's too soft, thin? And I can barely see them, I have to move my screen around to notice them better. Other than that, you explain things super well!

    • @veaudor
      @veaudor 4 ปีที่แล้ว +31

      That's because the artist lays down tentative lines which can be corrected/erased and then uses stronger, darker lines for the final version.

      @@veaudor yeah but this is a tutorial so we should see all the lines she is putting down

    I’ve been watching you for a long time. Back to when you pretty much drew bunnies and other animals. You have improved SO much and you are a testament that the right kind of practice can and will help you improve. Everyone asks for the easy way to get better and you’ve shown it just takes time. It’s inspiring for me to see you teaching this method because I have seen you struggle with faces.So, I’ve had the Loomis book and I’ve been drawing all my life (we will just say a long time lol) so I thought I could jump in and do it alI instead I just got frustrated and quit. I’m going to get my sketch book and listen to you and just do the head shapes. I really hope you touch on child proportions also. I’m looking forward to seeing the rest of this series! Thank you 😊

    I love your sketches! They are realistic and yet still have something . . . like a comic because of the thickness of the lines. Really enjoy seeing the sketches and learning at the same time.

    I love your drawing style so much and constantly watch your videos for help. It'd be nice if we could have someone standing over our shoulders while we sketch and telling us *exactly* where to put lines and how to determine exact angles and such, but in the end, it really comes down to practice, practice, practice. I've been sketching faces on my own for over a year and still struggle.

    Whenever I try any of your tutorials, I follow them to a T but still, the eyes always end up so far up from the nose so the proportions look weird. I don't know what I'm doing wrong... But it would be a lot easier I think if you have a video showing how to draw the face PLUS the features all in the same video.
