Manuela flirting with Jeritza, Monica being saved, Dimitri (potentially) not becoming a depressed mass murderer and keeping his eye... yup this is the definitive timeline

I haven't played Black Eagles on the demo yet but I am so happy that these characters have support conversations with Jeritza! Oh I really hope that Hubert does, as well. Hubert and Jeritza are the reasons I kept replaying CF so I'd love a support between them.
Unfortunately I don't think so. I believe that characters only have voiced supports if the letter (example A, B, C) has three dots above them. Jeritza only has those dots in 2 supports with Shez, 2 with Edelgard, and 2 with Manuela
Besides Edel, Shez and Manuela, he has only C supports with the other characters but none of them are voiced so yeah, no Hubert and Jeritza support (when i say voiced supports, i mean regular supports just like in three houses, if the characters don't have the dots above the letters, it means that the "support" has no interaction between the characters and only gives the characters bonuses as adjutants and stuff in battle.)

I always wished they had had a support conversation in Three Houses, or at least a pre fight conversation since Manuela was really bothered, if not traumatized, by the Death Knight stabbing her.
They'll probably see each other on the battlefield and have a small family reunion. I don't think this game is really pushing for one of them dying, they'll definitely have the happy ending this time.

Well according to the datamine (spoilers) Yes, he can. You can recruit Mercedes in Crimson Blaze and you can also recruit Jeritza in Azure Gleam, I would guess specifically because of their connection (neither can be recruited by the Deer).
Jeritza I believe is 23ish at this point and Manuela is somewhere around late 40s I think. Edit: Got corrected in replies, Manuela is 38 at this point.
