Do we have to explain our role to the speakers, table topic and general evaluators seperately? And will they ask us the duration of each speakers at the end of the session or something?
Usually you only have to explain your role to everyone when you go on stage in one shot. Some clubs have the system wherein they bring the timer on the stage before each section to read the respective speech time limits...so it's best to ask your VP-Ed about this!
