First company to solve 3d printing without supports and layer lines wins. I have some very good ideas on exactly how they can achieve it, but I have no interest in trying to make a 3d printer. I'm surprised nobody has thought of it yet (or perhaps they have). Bambu is saying their new printer will have some big surprises with things that are currently seen as almost impossible. Could it be printing without supports or prints without layer lines?! You could have a small nonstick pop-out sliver that runs with the hotend and when you come to overhangs the nonstick sliver pops out acting as support right underneath the hotend and you super cool the plastic instantly hardening it and voila no supports needed! Layer lines? Same concept but with a laser to meld the plastic together as the new layer comes along. Effectively melting the layers together. The laser melts the old layer just before the new layer is put down by the hotend.
im new to 3d printing And i Really don't get the Hype behind the Prusa Core 1 from what I'm seeing the price and features are not really competitive compared to other brands so what makes it with the extra 300-400 buck you are spending on a core 1???
It’s hard to explain. Prusa means community and they have a lot of history + they have brought a lot of improvements to 3D printing that we are now all using. At the end of the, everybody is free to choose their favorite machine and brand but we need to respect other peoples choices
As someone who has been around 3D printing for a while - Prusa played a big part in getting the hobbyist/desktop 3D printing market to where it is today. They can never compete on price, as they try to do as much of their manufacturing in the EU as possible. I appreciate their approach and values, so I am very much looking forward to the kit version of this printer.
@@2potato4u I would be interested in their kit as well :) I think they missed quite a few potential sales though by not having their kit open for orders between Christmas and new year. I wonder if why couldn't just have advertised longer lead times.
Prusa did it! jk, It's kind of shocking how many people think they invented many things that where around for years. TBH they have good marketing, kudos to them.. they make very refined and high quality machines 👍
Good vdieo for sure however I do not find the Prusa Core One to be extraordinary the built plate to beat at less is the 256 square and Prusa step it down to below the MK4 with creality going to a crazy 350 cube their did not beat Bambu Lab who has stolen the market with the A1 Prusa fail to beat the A1 why ever wake up for the Core One! I love Prusa the company but their have step backwards to the middle ages with 3D printing! The Chinese may have won here did their cheat to get here maybe but that their won is what matters the most! Bambu Lab does not support the right to repair like Prusa does do you think Bambu Lab cares what we think not likely their Chinese and the Chinese have the lion share of the market of 3D printing! I am new to 3D printing I want a machine and have yet to buy one, I did love the MK4S kit even if it miss some key sensors but now a tiny machine now I can't do that brcause research is both a good thing and a bad know knowing to much information has push me away from Prusa even thou I don't want this! I live in France!
Thx for your comment. You have very valid points here. I agree that Bambu Lab came to change the game and for good ! A lot of brands needed this kind of challenge to improve (Prusa included) I appreciate Prusa as a brand but also because of their values and people behind it. This is a step forward for them and I think they are on the right direction. Let’s see what happens next for the 3D printing industry.
I ordered the XL, so if I get another machine I'd probably be fine with a smaller build volume, but I do find the design to put the filament rolls in the volume of the machine itself odd. Would be nice if there were multiple sizes.
Great video, thanks 👍
Thank you for watching 😉
The WaxJet 510 looked very interesting.
Indeed, a bit pricey though
Happy Birthday 🥳🎉
Gracias !
“Dont worry, we can see over you”
-Definitely was the highlight of the event
ahhh I remember that ! hahaha 😁

Muy complicado para explicarlo en un comment

Where is the revolution? What is unique and how will it change the printer world?
Let’s find out together soon. For the moment I changed the title 😉
Revolutionary 😂😂
😉
How is this Revolutionary?
Prusa did it! jk, It's kind of shocking how many people think they invented many things that where around for years. TBH they have good marketing, kudos to them.. they make very refined and high quality machines 👍
Evolutionary maybe, revolutionary would be false.
I changed the title. No more dramas please 😉
@@LionelAkram the guy seemed pretty cool in the video, I'm thinking that's what he meant but also.. click bate lol
The tittle was changed 😉
