How To Spray Paint an Aluminum Garage Door with an Airless sprayer

Here I'm using the Graco Contractor PC COMPACT Airless SprayGun with a 410 FFLP Tip for a clean Atomization of the Urethane Paint. Im Using EMERALD URETHANE from sherwin Williams in a Semi Gloss sheen. while spraying onto the surface i keep the spray fan about 10 inches away from the surface and i overlap when spraying. This Urethane is Thin so apply light coats. if you miss a spot then wait til it dries before applying more paint or else it could get over loaded an run. but once your master using EMERALD URETHANE then its on. Like watching your videos man . Doing your thing brother !!! A 410 will leave a thicker coat than a 414 though .. but regardless looks sharp . Got me thinking about getting the hvlp you use on your cabinet videos

Are you crazy? A 414 has an .014 opening so more paint will come out with the same fan width.

You need an 30 inch extension. You'll save time and your back. Graco makes good extension. Look at the ultra. Nice machine for small jobs.
