I myself like using a 208 fflp/210 fflp for the smaller surfaces like the faces of the box frames. And drawer panels. I like using 308 fflp /410 fflp for larger surfaces like the door panels. Reason being is so when I Spray the material I don't overlap to much and layer to thick with let's say a smaller tip. I want light even coats.

I wouldn't know but I'm sure if it gets Thinned down so that the sprayer can push the material out the spray gun it should work but of its thick it might not give e a fine atomized layer onto thw surface. It's more of a sprayer for fine finishes.

What's up bro. If using the Graco HVLP. I use the #4 needle and thin it with 50mil of water. 5%

#4 with Emerald Urethane Enamel 50ml water to thin.

I still have the HVLP. I use it for cabinets now. This is for smaller projects. I'll be spraying shellac primer though it

I use a #3 Needle for shellac primer since it's thin material. #4 for paints( emerald Urethane) and 10% water to thin it down. As for fluid flow, it's about dialing it in once your setup on spray day. I switch it up as the liner cup looses paint. The air flow is the same process. Play with it and find your preferred settings.

Idk about the titan caps pray much or it finish production but I'm sure of you apply 2 light coats of the finish you will be good. If your on a time crunch then not much I can tell you. Everything takes time. No disrespect but sounds like poor estimating if you try to finish cabinets quicker then the needed processes. No short cuts to success. But honestly just keep dialing in your processes and make it work.

@@paintlife1904 it's not cabs. It's door metal door jambs and doors. It's for in n out, they expect the highest quality and have achieved it with other painters plenty in the past. Trust me if I could convince them to give me a little more time then I would.

I appreciate the kind words. I love this process. I'm going to be dialing in my cabinets processes with more efficient hanging methods soon. Euro clips to grip into the hinge holes on the door panels so I don't have to screw into thw door panels. But I currently full in the holes after followed by primer and paint. 🤙🏽

​@@paintlife1904bro im going to start my own painting business, should I start with the HVLP or buy a spraying machine like a graco 390 or something? I want to start out doing exterior work because it's more forgiving then eventually jump into interior work like doing cabinets etc. thanks 👍

@thegreat1548 that's what's up bro. Much respects to making the move to start your own painting business. Honestly an airless sprayer would be perfect to start off with.

I’m thinking to get one, but what are your thoughts on using the hvlp on doors and doorframes/woodwork and using my airless for walls and ceilings. I never worked with an hvlp before but i think it has a much nicer finish than an airless sprayer does for woodwork. Love to hear your opinion! @kontkorst11 I like the idea. Honestly if your looking for a finer finish. The hvlp is the way to go. Or any sprayer like a gravity gun with compressor. But the Graco HVLP is easy to dial in. Has a consistent air blow from the Turbine. Doors, trim, cabinets, Vanities, metal Railings are what I love to use my Graco HVLP
